This kid is obviously very depressed, has serious mental health issues, and now they're permanently fucked up by a surgery that they shouldn't have ever had. There are actual posts from from before the transition, and...jesus. You can fucking see troon reddit pounce on this kid. They started medical transition at seventeen years old. The way they described figuring out they're trans? Here, have a quote from a thread they posted right before their transitioning started:

This was at some of the most turmotulous, difficult years in any normal kid's life, and they medically transitioned and got botched surgery before their brain was even developed enough to fully understand the long-term consequences of all this shit. What shit therapist saw this kid, who openly admits to having severe depression and doubts about whether they're 'really trans' , and says "Hey! Let's shoot this kid up with estrogen and perform a botchjob on their genitals!". I would laugh if it weren't so sick.

At least they pass pretty well, so there's that as consolation, I suppose.

You inspired me to trawl through as well. Let’s just take a sec to appreciate his post on askdocs where he asks about fatigue but doesnt mention his inverted penis. That estradiol could be for various stuff in women - birth control if you don’t know exact dosage, aiding with hormone insensitivity, etc. Sex is extraordinarily important for diagnosis. If that was a female person I’d immediately say check b vitamin and iron. But he doesn’t have periods so that suggestion is totally irrelevant. We are going to find out there are massive complications in treating people who we allow to self-ID their sex because they are being evasive about an important diagnostic criterion. ell to be fair, at some point every surgery in existence had to be "made up". It all goes back to some dudes cutting at an animal or a cadaver or, yes, a living person trying to figure out what should go where and not really knowing beforehand.

One of the best things about the GWoT are the techniques and advancements in emergency trauma and trauma surgery. Tourniquets were viewed as death sentences to the limb and were to only be used in the most extreme circumstances. Now we know you can just slap them shits on and let it ride. The instructor at a med class I took after I got out, Dark Angel Medical I recommend them along with Bullets and Bandages from Sig Academy, brought along a book of trauma surgeries performed on wounded servicemembers. It was fascinating. Things that would have never been tried in the civilian sector due to liability were green lit on the spot because the guy was going to die and he's government property, so go for it. Someone has to be the guinea pig.

People should be free to make their own mistakes.

I agree with this, to an extent. But the mistakes aren't just limited to taking themselves out of the gene pool, or even joining a cult with the troonery. They also want to attack science by redefining sex and gender to suit themselves, demand that over 99% of the population should change their language, buildings and basic understanding of biology because it hurts their feelings, and want male bodies to be allowed into women-only spaces, from lesbian bedrooms to the sporting field.

Not only is it a mental illness issue, where delusions usually powered by several other mental problems are being fed rather than confronted, and a deprogramming issue since the troon behaviour as seen in many of these communities function effectively as a leaderless cult - but also an issue for the children who are being pushed to change their gender identity as young as three because a trans kid is the Hot New Accessory.

I wish they were just harming themselves. It would make it a lot easier to merely laugh at them. But they're causing actual, real harm simply because of their feelings. When the emotional state of a troon is considered more important than actual facts, there's a problem.
