He was wearing his stupid boots (likely) and the doctor was like "oh nice shoes" and then Phil went into a 20 min rant about them to which the Doc was like..oh shit, he's crazy and I did surgery on him... don't panic! but just replied "oh lovely. I'm impressed you do...all those things" and Phil took that as "omg he thinks I'm cool."

My favorite take aways from this twitter rant are:
1) phil clearly still reads here. "HI PHIL!"
2) he was still in Highschool at 19
3) he had literal dead tissue inside his stink ditch (which proves he was NOT doing his cleaning)
4) no reconstruction surgery ... likely because they literally have nothing to work with.
