The best Golden Age episodes were always the ones where Bart or Homer took center stage. Mostly because they're the two most proactive characters. Lisa wasn't the intolerable mouthpiece she is now, sure, but most of her episodes were just about being smart and having difficulty relating to other children because she's smart. And I liken Marge episodes to making a stand-alone spinoff movie about C-3PO.

It says a lot that Fear of Flying drastically reduced in quality when it shifted focus from Homer's attempts to sneak back into Moe's and to Marge's sudden fear of airplanes.
Marge is a strong character, but only in how she interacts with Bart and Homer. That's the crux of straight man character types.

One of my favourite episodes is Bart of Darkness.

The show at that time always threw together wacky stuff into really good episodes.

"Let me be blunt: is there a labor crisis in America today?"

"Wow... the universe is so boring!"

Let's give one up to David Mirkin, the best showrunner of the Simpsons, from Seasons 5-6, whose goal was to make the show a lot wackier than the Al Jean era.

Marge's best episode that centered around her was Homer Alone, and even then most of the funny parts focused on Homer trying to take care of Maggie and Lisa and Bart staying at Patty and Selma.

My second favorite Marge episode is Marge Gets A Job, and Mr. Burns stole the show over on that one.

The Simpsons are doing a "woke" episode.

Also, this episode's gonna finna have a new writer too. Megan Amram and she's sorta of an "SJW" too:

I legit feel sorry for her. There are actual deformed people with more pleasant looking facial features.
Bart joins a woke group of sixth-grade girls who commit crimes against patriarchy

Fucking what? Shoot me.

I can't wait for No Bullshit to be like "Simpsons Feminism Episode Explained" and speak in his dorky voice about why that episode SUX.

It's bad enough when Moe said "Woke" earlier in the season, but now we got a full on episode full of woke by what seems to be a literal troll?

I have no hopes for the upcoming seasons if this is going to be the direction the show's going to take.

Player One of the Konkani arcade game controls Marge. Why would that be the first player?

Because Player One has to be positioned in the uncomfortable corner.

The developers decided to put the character that's least likely to be used there.

Also, Lisa uses a Jump Rope to attack. Would it make more sense for Lisa to attack with her saxophone?
