If the true believers had waited another year or more to make their play, 4chan / Reddit would have been completely subverted, TB would have been too busy dying of cancer to get involved, MundaneMatt would have probably given up on YT instead of covering and being DMCA'd over it, Milo would have moved on to greener pastures, et cetera. We would have seen a situation like comics, where if you don't espouse the virtues of Social Justice you just don't get work, period.

Thankfully for us, as GG, CG, ThotGate, and the Weeb Wars have shown, you have the alpha SJWs (Anita, Zoe, etc) who set the narrative et all, and the beta SJWs (Rial, Marchi, Wu, etc) who don't understand the finer points of all this but know how to join in a lynch mob when one forms. And the latter cause so, so much more harm to the SocJus priesthood than almost anything else.

There was an old DiGRA minutes I read back in the day that was talking about needing to re-educate people through games. And you could see the games media moving in that same direction. I think the Quinnspiracy thing wasn't planned, it was simply that the media and marketers that were in that idealogical frame of mind reacting to what they saw as an attack by opposition who they saw as misogynists, nazis, anti-communists, etc.... suddenly the woke people in the entire games industry were closing ranks. And people on the outside actually got to see how many people sympathetic and supportive of their cause had been in plain sight the whole time, because suddenly they were dehumanizing the the people criticizing them. The sort of behavior you usually see from Radical Islamists. It was kinda scary really how twisted their sense of reality was. The ends justified the means to a lot of those people.

Razorfist had a great video talking about how, for a very long time, hard lefties used Hollywood films as an engine of Cultural Engineering. It might actually be a better strategy to not sue Soy Toye and instead use him as a witness. This way he is not a defendant, and cannot refuse to answer anything, nor can he put forth his own commentaries or defense.

It's true that he could "plead the fifth" in a civil trial, because if he testified in court and implicated himself in a crime, that could be used against him later in a criminal trial.

However, because it'd be a civil trial, if he refused to testify, Vic's lawyers could instruct the jury to infer guilt. They'd be inferring that he (or possibly someone close to him) was guilty of a tort, not a crime, so the fifth amendment won't protect him in the same way.

If the lawsuit would include allegations of religious discrimination - this term of service could apply. So if the KickVic side tries to raise funds for their legal defense, there could be a surprise lurking for them.

I disagree. That would be for a court to decide, not GoFundMe. And it would be funnier, anyway, to watch their fundraiser fall flat. Let them try.

I hate using this word but the book is evil, don't know what else can be said.

I'm about halfway through and its already clear that this book was born of a kind of malevolent hatred which would make any moral human recoil in disgust. The absolutely sociopathic glee at the prospect of annihilating a human life by drowning it in suffering drips from every page and it makes me feel unclean. This is the kind of sensation you experience when reading through the works of mad killers and torture enthusiasts, and I know that the end result will be a tide of torment and death.

The ethical obligation is to find the author and root out this evil with righteous vigor.

There should be a separate thread to look into the author, as only the book itself is related to the topic at hand here. And make sure to throw me a bone for when the thread’s up. I’ll definitely be interested in digging around a bit myself.

Instead in the mean time we get more lies, more bullshit claims made up by Marzgurl for desperate attention or more salt from shitty gay tumblriffics who try and claim that they were raped to death by him because he refused to sign their posters of Qrow fucking Jeanne. Or Ron Soye screaming and spamming happy faces everywhere after freaking out over getting contacted and "intimidated" by a lawyer letting him know he'll be getting in touch.

The idea being of course to try and intimidate or blackmail Vic into backing off in case other areas such as New York and LA suddenly stop returning his calls as well. "Make it go away or we'll reveal the really bad stuff."

Which, as pointed out and ignored repeatedly, don't make a lick of difference to this particular case.

If there was any proof we'd have had it by now. We don't even have people saying it was they themselves as 99% of it is third hand accounts of "I heard Vic slammed a girl into a wall and rubbed his crotch against her" variety.

We've had some accounts from people like Monica only for her body language during the claimed time to be the complete, polar opposite. You'd spot even a subtle change when someone is acting. Instead during a time when Vic supposedly, and forcibly, kissed her, she's giving him a fucking shoulder rub a short while after the event supposedly took place.

I have to reveal something guys.... Nicky Rackets broke into my house, forced me to get drunk on really good scotch and then made me re-watch all his streams so far at gun point.
