This has got me thinking of lolcow Jim sterling. Jim was attacked with a frivilous lawsuit and his immediate response was to shut up so he wouldnt give James Romine anything to work with and lawyer'd up. He knew the case was bullshit and played the waiting game anyway, once he was in the clear he said his piece and frankly admitted it was a massive pain in the arse even if the court case was total bullshit, because couldnt really win only not loose.

Whats amazing to me is how this snowballed completely out of control and off the rails all because someone wanted a #metoo moment randomly. Like how does that even happen at this point? Know a guy in your career field for 10+ years then wake up suddenly to plan a way to get money and fame by claiming sexual assault regardless of the impossibility of the matter. It's because they've worked with him for 10-15 years or whatever and never spoke up 4+ years ago if that really and honestly was the case. That everyone smells bullshit on it. Doubly so when Vic seems so sincere and has become physically unwell from this situation. (He's not been eating right and lost weight, supposedly).

This was likely some sort of scheme, or even as I strongly suspect a scheme from Rial and Toye to get rid of Vic who'd probably been infringing on their relationship. On top of that, Rial and her personal friends suddenly getting his (decently paid) roles and a possible boost to their salaries, including eventual con appearances and fan meets?

I mean, Vic's white, male, Christian, and a supposedly worth $4m. He's perfect for wealth redistribution after all! Nobody will care about a male Christian being accused of being a sex pest and creeper in 2019. Right?

So ive been following this for a couple of weeks and the stupidity on display just just makes me have to ask: WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?
