The SJWs get away with it usually. This is a rare chance to see a clique of them see some actual blowback. Take "solace" in the fact that Vic's career will take years to recover if it ever does, and this has probably killed the Texas Voice Actor community, which will be devastating for the Anime industry in the US.

BAM was created in January 2018Honestly? Someone who's a bit too enthusiastic. Matsuri (John & Deneice) had a long history of underhanded business practices before John was ever accused of harassment. The BAM account looks like they just don't know how to remember everything else they've done.

The article details a gothic lolita girl that made defamatory remarks against John of Matsuri. And John demanded a retraction.
This Twitter account and article seems to be a direct result of that.
I don't think they give a flying fuck about the business practices honestly.
Now the girl the article is about ,ScarfingScarves, stopped posting on Twitter and Instagram within 1-3 months of the BAM account starting.
She still regularly posts videos on youtube.
The BAM account has a penchant for posting tumblr meme gifs.
If you check her youtube account, she seems like the vendetta type.

They also set up an Instagram and Facebook account for BAM at the same time.
Seems like someones dropped everything to make this their lifes work.

I don't see how this contradicts anything I said (unless it wasn't meant to? I'm not sure.) Anime Matsuri has that history of shady practices (those case #'s are legitimate), and BAM seems to overemphasize the sexual harassment & assault allegations. They have mentioned the business issues previously and they're included in the summary page they've linked on their Twitter bio, but I think they'd be more effective shining a light on Matsuri's apparent "dine n' dash" approach to business loans & service vendors. It's like they want so badly for the whole "MeToo" thing to be THE thing that takes down John & Deneice that they've forgotten about the piles of court records they have at their disposal. I mean, that shit's easy to look up & dirt cheap to download.

As Nicky pointed out, Vic can just go "No. I never said that." and that's it, they have to prove that Vic's lying as their own defence, not the other way around. You cannot prove a negative, but Vic just has to go "No, I never said/did that." They have to prove he did.
