If any of the people pulling this nonsense try to opine in the lawsuit that they think something is sexual harassment, that they are deeply delusional as to what the phrase even means might be at least somewhat relevant.

They genuinely believe that they have a legal right to never feel "uncomfortable" (a conveniently nebulous term) and that any words or actions which make them feel uncomfortable or offended are illegal. The way social media companies respond to complaints by them has only further entrenched this view.
It's not an accident that so many of these wingnuts are lonely. They have such distorted views of how human interaction works that no-one could live up to the rules they set for being part of their social circle.

Wow I used my throwaway account to comment on her post about Nick not knowing her pronouns and my account got locked lol. Basically what I said was that in your bio you use "Her" twice so isn't that your pronoun

It would have been hard for them to fuck up dubbing Initial D in light of how badly Tokyopop massacred it. They changed names, changed music (the eurobeat became rap and rock), changed sound effects, made weird edits, and pretty much any other sin you can think of. If they could have re-branded the Trueno a Ford Escort, they might have even done that.
Funimation did the universe a solid by throwing the TP release in the garbage and starting from ground zero.

This is actually the case in extremely cucked countries like the UK and Canada. "Hate speech" laws are defined in terms of how the person bitching and whining feels, not what the defendant actually did.
U.S. laws are required to limit any such definitions of unlawful acts like harassment to those which would make a reasonable person uncomfortable. Screeching, insane dangerhairs are not reasonable people nor are their deranged feels up to the legal standards of behavior other people have to abide by.

I am continually AMAZED by the people I'm finding through Nicolai Rikatovich. So from this tweet you can click on the subtweet and you can see someone getting into another fight with Nick, whom of which Nick counters with "sweet cheeks".

Of course it's a danger hair weeb who's got a hard-on about assuming pronouns. There's not too much to her. She's exactly the stereotype that you'd expect from the Weeb Wars. Even her periscope just kinda...blah. Even her midwest, nasally, whiny voice isn't enough to hold your attention. What is interesting is that she's got a SoundClick page linked. You go to it and you see a younger, less crazy version of Sweet Cheeks and you can listen to the hottest of sorta karaoke in the nasalliest of voices.
The best part is when you can actually hear the mouse clicks during some of the "songs". And yes, that is a deviantart account you see. It's just bland weeb junk you'd expect. What I really want to know is how do you go from a chipper enough, and quite possibly pleasant, girl like "Rin Lee" to the malformed blob of androgyny of Sonomichii? Is it the water in Michigan? Is it the anime? Anime is the one connecting factor between all these "people"

Was it Ron Toye that was making comments about not being able to find Nick’s Win/Loss record as a Lawyer online? Yeah funny thing about that. Lawyers especially Lawyers dealing in civil litigation tend to count coup more by “How many people have we really pissed off?” The more, the better. So long as it isn’t the Client, the Judge, or the Courthouse Staff. They really don’t give a shit about anybody else, nor do the staff at the State Bar. Based on yesterday’s letter from the Minnesota State Bar I predict their response to this complaint will open with “Dear Sweetcheeks, we have reviewed your complaint and found it meritless and quite frankly stupid.”

It's been hinted at recently elsewhere in the thread - they've infiltrated the education system. I had the pleasure of visiting a Midwestern high school not too long ago... The majority of the teachers were young lady dangerhairs. The rest that weren't male were probably close to retirement.

It was actually Shane.
He also asked derisively if Nick was "more of a settlement guy." Which, actually, most lawyers are. Very few civil cases go to verdict.
Shane was also the one that said Nick wasn't a lawyer, while screenshotting the MSBA database as "proof."
