That's because they're doing a barrage of forensic tests to see if any sectors of data have been rewritten on the HDD and to see if they can recover data off of the HDD that may be incriminating/clear the suspect. These types of things take days at a time, even with the consumer grade versions of these softwares. All of this shit with the CP allegations and the like started a week ago. If any of the police visitations actually happened, Ralph wouldn't be streaming on Youtube now and he wouldn't have his computer for another 3 weeks, not to mention he said the Richmond police talked to him, when if this were actually an investigation involving his computer, the FBI would be involved since it involves interstate communications and the the pedo ring that Andy and Ralph disbanded aren't in the same geographical area in all likelihood.

They won't come to your door and ask nicely IF they could take your stuff, They'll come, state that they have a warrant and take all your electronics without giving you a heads up.
