Considering that he's not going to get getting work from Funimation anymore, assuming they survive this, then yeah he should. Even with works in companies like Viz Media, he's not going to get enough to make a sustainable living on. That doesn't mean he should stop finding work within anime companies but he should definitely consider his options within western cartoons where I think he could logically progress to next.
These are SJW controlled industries, I don't think there are a lot of job openings for an outspoken Christian/alleged homophobe. I think an ex con with a face tattoo would have an easier time getting a job as a bank teller than Vic in Hollywood. This is why some phat damages are in order.

I seriously doubt that Funimation is going to have to shut down because of all this. Companies have survived scandals worse than this before.

HanLeia is nuking her twitter. She's also deleted the "Vic is a homophobic racist" tweet from what I am seeing. Somebody is getting scared.

Perhaps she is scared Vic might come after her as well if Discovery finds her involvement. Which I won't doubt that will the case along with Sunny. If it is the case then she is FUCKED as that will bring problems to her statement. The lawsuit is coming indeed.

I see. I will have to give it a shot. My plan is to archive TUG's Anime Matsuri's stream (since he always takes them down after a couple of days) and when necessary and with his permission, re-upload it on my channel for archiving purpose.

Speaking of, I composed notes on that stream but have forgotten to share with you guys. Most of it isn't notable but I want to highlights a few important things. Howard from Critical Blast was also on there.
  • Founded in 2006 by Denise and her husband, started in 2007 to bring Japanese pop culture in Houston
  • Have been following it, talked to Vic once and a while, staff does legwork
  • Vic confirmed prior to controversy, about two months ago
  • In response to blow-up regarding Vic controversy, Denise called Vic. Said he sounded hurt and felt betrayed. About 35 people in management teaming, brought it to staff team Any evidence of it or was it just hearsay?
  • Never considered uninvited Vic, said that they had similar experience with detractors
  • Received lots of message to drop Vic
  • Mayor has been attending for the past couple of years, event safe enough for him
  • Claims to improve security in case of protest although not worried about it
  • Guest cancellations part of business, said there were only two in November and were not due to Vic
  • Vic is one of the most well-received appearance
  • Expecting 45,000-50,000 attendance prior to the Vic controversy, expect an even larger appearance
  • ThatUmbrellaGuy (and Yellow Flash in this Twitter post) will be attending Anime Matsuri
  • Howard ask Denise what would happen if a guest at the event did do sexual harassment, what kind of accountability would there be. I will transcribe this seeing as the response confused me:
After transcribing this, they are talking about how they will wait until other fans and attendees can back up a sexual assault accusation. Still, it’s a roundabout dodge in to their shady business practices when talking about stuff “dealing with the past”.
  • She holds an innocent until guilty stance, mentions Ty Beard and Nick Rekeita
  • Goal is to bring a wonderful fan experience
  • Will have a panel for Vic and maybe a musical performance. She could also be willing to host the panel discussing the sexual harassment allegations that Vic receives so long as he is comfortable with it and it would not be shoved in other people’s faces
  • Prices go up for 4 days convention on April 1st, they are currently $75
  • TUG asked about preferred hotel and Denise responded with having Hilton America right next to the convention that will be booked for it
  • Claims strong stance against harassment but do not want to dictate to people how to behave in a social environment. Do not want to ban hug, said that people should make good judgment on what to do in a social situation. If security issues happens, the authorities will deal with it and depending on the severity of the matter, can press charges
  • They have 35 upper management leaders and thirty department in their organizations. They also have volunteers. Anticipating 700 people helping versus 600 last year
  • They’ve been preparing 2020 since October of last year.
  • There are security cameras at conventions which includes all public spaces
  • AnimeMatsuri did not donate to this stream

Denise and her husband, they are actually fairly good business people, and have made good connections overseas to the Japanese market. The only problem though is that Denise's husband John Leigh has this unfortunate habit of hitting on the young women of the Gothic Lolita community, offering them gifts, places in his cons fashion show, and networking in hopes for an exchange of, let's say.... physical favors. Which apparently his wife is fully aware of. Some of the girls in the EGL community have admitted they've had sex with him, and some have shared his overly sexual PM's. This has caused a huge drama and split of the Lolita community in Houston, to eventually culminating in ScarvingScarves accusing him of being a pedophile, John attempting to sue, and BoycottMatsuri being set up in order to ruin his business.

Nobody on the outside has the numbers, but it's been speculated that even with the Funi gigs, Vic was probably making more money selling his signature and such at con appearances than he did from the actual VA work. In this light, he'd probably be okay losing the VA gigs if he hadn't been dropped from 90% or so of his con appearances too. That said, him being able to continue working with Funi and RT would be ideal since their sign-off would (hopefully) make it so cons would be okay with keeping him around as well, and also allow him to continue building more fans in the future.

Maybe. Depends on how much Vic and his law firm think it’s worth. It might not shut down if Vic wins/settles with Funimation, but Funimation might be a different (lesser) company as a result. Like the Hulk Hogan lawsuit with Gawker/Jezebel.
This. I'm not fully buying that Vic has a net worth of $4 million. Voice acting in anime is not a lucrative business, in fact, it makes less money than western animations.

I should elaborate. A famous television/movie live-action actor. Like Robert Downey Jr. or somebody like that.

He has done stuff other than anime.

I'm not gonna say the 4 million is right or wrong. That's just what I've heard. I don't think he's filthy rich, but I also don't think he's super poor. I think I once opined he might be upper-middle class. If anybody can find what digs he lives in in LA, that might help shed light on this. California is fucking expensive.

I presume all of that crap has been sufficiently archived?

I think we're gonna start seeing more panicking pretty soon.

Yeah, she's not going to be able to pretend she never shot herself in the foot:

I want to see the whole industry burnt to the ground and all the IPs sucked back into Japan, safe from leftist contamination. All the voice work can be done by English teachers working part time for $100 an episode.

I know you're joking. But I imagine those wouldn't be worse than the majority of the Funi MHA and Dragonball cast.

Funi is 95% owned by Sony. If this gets ugly enough to involve Sony they might just want to make it go away and if they feel like it they can make it right with Vic far away from Funi's dangerhair whores and other degenerates. What Sony actually does is pretty unpredictable because it is stupidity physically manifested as a corporation. (Specifically Sony Pictures Television, the same branch of Sony that brought us Ghostbustesses.)
