The only devil's advocate thing I'd say is that Nick's information is secondhand. I'm sure Nick exercised all due diligence in verifying the person's and info's authenticity, but there's always (a very very tiny) chance that the info is bogus or exaggerated, i.e. the three hours of harassment was more like 15 minutes, or something. I'm 95% sure the information is legit as Nick stated it, but one look at KickVic shows us what happens when you take secondhand information and treat it as gospel

Well that was worth staying up into the wee hours of the morning for. Personally? This is good news. Sort of. It's not good for the poor bastard that's being harassed to hard he just wants to quit and run away. But this pretty much cements even MORE illegal bullshit from their side if true and provable. For the former, I seriously don't think Nick's lying after what we've seen so far. For the latter, if the harassment was in text form(it's late and my memory's already sludge right now, but I do believe what Nick said indicated it was texting?), the owner very likely has the texts preserved.
Even in the BEST CASE SCENARIO that the texts are not preserved and cannot be presented, this would still be a terrible outcome for Sabbat and Rial in particular. It looks pretty much set in stone even if they have to bring people in the known about what went down in from Kamehacon to present their side of the story.
I honestly don't know what's so fucking special about that recording studio of Sabbat's, but do you think Sony/Funimation could somehow requisition it and leave him with nothing after all of this, after everything that's come out so far?

Nick touched on that. If it goes that far, Sabat's assets migh not just be up for grabs, but also his studio's.
I kind of made the joke that the best possible outcome that Vic can hope for is to become the new king of dubbed anime... and with a fresh recording studio in Texas (pretty sure he has a small one in his home back in LA) that would be something.

In short: Yes. Note all of this has happened since Sony took over and Gen is effectively no longer in complete control of the corporation. You know, like they did to Paul Feig.

I apreaciate the effort, but honestly who cares what this blue manatee says? If anything is worth mentioning I’m sure Nick will roast her for it. Also, she’s an attention whore to the point that when it was discovered in archives that she wanted to hose down the gays, she never once protected her twitter. Her goal is any attention, period.

If the others are using her like a toilet, dumping shit on her knowing she'll spew it, she could inadvertently give away something useful. It's probably worth archiving her shit even if the vast majority of it will never be useful.
