I give up on trying to catch up from like, page 290. This thread is going way too speedy.
That said, this feels comedic, at this point. They’re just cartoonishly stupid and malicious. I remember posting here that if this story was in some book or a game or a movie, you’d probably criticize the villains for being unrealistic, and that was way, way earlier. Now, though... Chapter Master Tyberius’ Legal Mail Rain tactical maneuver can’t come soon enough.

On the other hand, Goku, Bulma and Vegeta are all awful people to varying degrees so at least the #kickvic heads were casted right

So how might this case transition into a criminal case against any of the KickVic leaders? I'll laugh my ass off if anyone involved goes to jail over this, since that's the ultimate self-own.

From what I understand (and can be yelled at by legal kiwis if I am wrong) it becomes a parallel case. Texas is also one in which they're obligated to report a slew of criminal activities discovered during civil litigation. Then it gets passed off to the District Court system, who might even pause the civil action to pursue criminal action in the event it deems the carrying out of justice necessary. (Should be from US vs Kordel.)

My theory on this is as such: Ron did very little in Tuesday's criminal megaREEEEEEE. Since Monica is likely under NDA due to her role in the Funimation investigation, she can't specifically talk about dropping KamehaCon without breech of the NDA.

But she CAN get her fiance's phone and text as Ron. Have Ron and her own phone close by just in case the head of Kameha con calls her or Ron.

Also another note to convention organizers or those interested in running one: if someone under contract threatens to walk and take others with them, LET THEM. You now have breech of contract and can sue for damages.

For what it is worth, they don’t insert their politics into their parodies way too much. Sure, they do that sometimes, like with the ‘America’s collapsing’ joke in Hellsing that goes something like this:
-Sir, reports are in that America is collapsing.
-Ah, so evil vampire Nazis have invaded there, too.
-Uh, no, sir, actually. They haven’t.
-Oh.
But it isn’t painfully REEE DRUMPF, for what it’s worth.
Overall, although SJW-ish, they seem to be fans of the stuff they parody more than culture warriors, and that’s, I’d say, good. They aren’t invading someone else’s project and stuffing their politics into it like the SJW types usually do. If that culture warfare loving breed of humanoid lardbergs did that all the time, made their own stuff instead of invading nerdy hobbies to infect them, we wouldn’t have Comicsgate or Gamergate.

It's such a common sense move and yet it's remarkable how rarely that gets followed.

Supergirl has gone protected. It turns out PULL found some guy that was stan vic, that had a legal history. On the sex offender registry. They threatened him off Twitter.

I said weeks ago that Monica likely had her hand up Ron's ass and was working his mouth, I just didnt think that Chris Sabotage also had his hand up there at the same time. These people are beyond evil, luckily they're also really fucking dumb and will hopefully be dragged across the coals multiple times.

I wonder where Shane is getting his information, considering it looks like he was going to try and get in front of the KamehaCon situation by getting on Nick's stream on Monday. Could be there's some KickVic people floating around the edges of KamehaCon feeding information back to the relevant people.

Wouldn't doubt it. He knew about it back in Feb when it happened it the first time. Remember how focused he was on "TI with a contract" when he was on Nicks stream. I mean Nick never mentioned with a contract in his streams but that was all Shane wanted to talk about and now with all this new info....yikes.

I know there's the whole No Trolling Plans thing, but I genuinely do hope PULL gets a second, closer look after all this is said and done. Double check the site for other incidents, other cows, etc. I suspect much f u n should be had.

Would be pretty easy to dox at least half of them, they're not good at internet security. I know there were discussions on doxxing Nyx (their owner), not sure what happened to that though.

Really petty of them to now go after vics fans just because they won't find anything on the man himself. They tried similar things with Nick.

Speaking of which, what sort of verification does he have for the information? I trust a lawyer to not blindly trust a faux rumor, but still, it’d be better if there was some confirmation that all this really did happen.

He's a lawyer. Hopefully this isn't him falling for a gay op, though. I have fully expected the kickvic side to try and troll him with fake info for a while, with the Blue Haired Gourd putting her hat in maybe there's finally someone going to try it.
