Oh wow. Blatant and easily provable defamation in a sworn filing, on a matter that there is ample public and documented evidence of him having been informed of the truth. This dude really is fucking retarded, isn’t he? Soy does cause brain damage. I wonder if his new expensive Million Dollar Lawyer knew of this little goodie before now? KaChing! I somehow sense that Nick’s formal Demand for Retractiin letter is already on its way certified mail. You submitted a Defamatory Claim to the State Bar for a Lawyer that neither represents you nor is opposing council in a matter you are involved, but rather called you an idiot on the internet.... And if he doesn't retract, PUBLICLY, he is going to get sued. Nick will probably let the weasel go if he sends a retraction letter to the State Bar and does the SHAME, SHAME, SHAME post on twitter.

I dunno, remember the Weasel published the bar complaint form and called down all of his twitter minions to submit fraudulent and defamatory filings as well. Sometimes you just gotta learn em a lesson or two.
 
He needs to explicitly mention that this complaint was dismissed too. Otherwise, idiots are gonna think that they're doing a massive investigation of Nick on Ron's request (or some such other delusional shit). I'm sorry he didn't screen share this one.

As Ty pointed out, these are probably privileged against defamation, much as calls to the police are. His firm is actually going to look into it, though, as to whether that's the case in Minnesota.
