Didn't Disney use CG to bring back Peter Cushing as Grand Moff Tarkin in Rogue One, decades after his death?
If that is possible, then it should also be possible to use CG to cast Peter Cushing as Rufus in the new Bill and Ted movie.

I was thinking about it, and I know it's a ripoff... But I would actually much rather see a Wayne's World 3 set in 2019/2020. At VERY least, I'd be down for a Bill and Ted vs. Wayne's World over a straight Bill and Ted 3.

I vaguely recall something about the idea floating around for B&T3 would be about them looking around Modern Day and realizing it doesn't look anything like the future was supposed to look so they go investigate.
