We know that Iago is not employed by Funimation and we know that Sheehan does not get paid by them in any way unlike Sabat. That's why if Clownfish TV's saying that Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Anime News Network all colluded together to sanitize anime is true it raises that possibility that Sheehan might be the Iago Beard keeps referring to. Especially since we found out that Crunchyroll put money into the epic failure that is High Guardian Spice of all things. Regardless, I'm confident Sabat is either Iago or Igor.

Here's a thing I've been wondering
Why are they all freaking the fuck out about KamehaCon in comparison to the little noise that Anime Matsuri got when hosting Vic?
What about KamehaCon is so much bigger of a travesty in comparison to the second largest anime convention in america?

In addition to everything everyone else has said - all very good reasons - KamehaCon is literally in their own backyard. If they lose home base, they have no chance (wouldn't happen anyway) of pulling up grassroots support for a home town business. In a military operation, what happens to morale when your HQ gets sacked? "Losing" KamehaCon is losing home.

Sabat only has potential to be Iago. The only things that don't match up are

Technically speaking, Sabat isn't employed at Funimation. He's a contract worker who hires out his recording studio to them under his direction. Also, it's possible Ty mixed up traits of Iago and Igor. Don't forget we don't know whether Ty is going to represent Vic or someone else in the firm is going to and even if he is representing Vic, he's dealing with a shit ton of people that he needs to sift through (i.e. the rogues gallery) in addition to having to run his firm and deal with other clients. It's quite possible he made a mistake.

I can't really get a handle on whether he's KickVic or not. He appears to just be jumping in to support his friends if they're being harassed but generally just seems to be trolling anyone from both sides if they keep on talking about Vic or bringing up old stories about him. A troll or someone just there for the lols if you will.

If he is KickVic, I must say it's going to be heavily hypocritical given that he was under fire for being a con creep by the "famous" Lewd cosplay models in the anime/weeb community (can't remember which one specifically called him a creep with video evidence, think its between SwimsuitSuccubus, BunnyAyumi or Tenleid) when he made an inappropriate joke at a woman who had to abort her child for some reason (don't quote me on this, I don't remember the exact details cos i was only a spectator in the whole thing and it blew over in a few days) and got heavy backlash over it.



I know a certain Soye person who might be able to help you cash in those woke points in the property department. You might need to run it by his fiance first though. Just, make sure not to stand too close to her or you'll trigger her PTSD and she'll accuse you of rape with no evidence

What causes me to doubt is that Nick said that Vic's initial cancellation, and the pressure to not re-invite, came down to Rial and Sabat. He didn't mention Geekdom.

Of course, that could just mean Sabat didn't utilize Geekdom (assuming he's Igor) for Kameha Con, but has used him elsewhere. Or Nick didn't get the full story that included all the players.

As I've said multiple times in this thread, Geekdom is sponsored by both Funimation and VRV. Both those companies have links to potential Iagos and both have been linked to ClownfishTV's insider information of "cleaning up anime" here in the west.
