Why in God's name would they do that in article form? Just contact them directly. This was a horrible article for the KickVic side.

Maybe someone saw what Ty said about communication and decided to try and veil the warning? But that is just my theory.

We've been hypothesizing that The Beard may have turned the KamehaCon owner (who was apparently wanting to reinvite Vic in the first place), and the owner might be passing info on to Beard now. This is, of course, complete conjecture, but if true, Rial and friends might be in even deeper trouble than before.

What if Sabat is building this up so he can cancel while not making it look like it's out of his threat?
Like the whole Monica playing innocent with her "whoa, good idea let's make it a get together" as if they didn't plan it to begin with
Just play up this whole "we totally did this organically and are not at all playing out our threats against them!" To try and weasel out of it

No, because this strengthens Vic in fighting their smear since they lost this battle badly as they did, and makes it harder to do that to Vic at other cons. Or other people/conventions, if they find out that the can weaponize the SJW death kult's contracts to nuke them from orbit if they repeat said stunt to deplatform people/conventions.

This tells me one of two things:
  • Monica doesn't read contracts very well.
or
  • Monica wasn't being fully honest when she was in talks with the convention organizers to sever her contract.

If this contract is legit.

There's nothing to gain in that. Thanks to ANN, we know that unless their event is free to attend with free signatures, it's expressly forbidden in their contracts. They'd only get out of being in the same place as Vic, but out any revenue for the weekend. Also, Assbat is still on the hook for studio tours regardless.

It also means that idiots like the blue whale are completely wrong in suggesting that contract cancellations can happen at any time, for any reason. This is an L for her, but the funniest thing is that the L came from ANN, and not Nick, after she chimped out about Nick sharing contracts. I don't think she expected the ball to come from that direction. Stage 6 soon @SinglePlayerCarl?

It further means that Vic should give Ty copies of all contracts from cancelled cons, and have him verify if there exists similar clauses to try and get his foot back in the door.

Kamehacon is protecting nobody.Yes Vic could have sued them for the breach. But nothing there is stopping him from suing Sabat and Rial for Tortious Interference. In Texas the contract doesn't actually have to be breached. Just the attempt to get one party to breach by a third party. And Kamehacon WILL give up everything they have, if they haven't already. Ty has more than enough to justify a subpoena. But chances are he would not need it. Kamehacon will likely hand it over willingly, just to clean their hands of all this.
