I have nothing wrong with someone not supporting something because it doesn't line up with their ideals. But, you could've just left it alone and not announce you're not buying the game because of it and baiting others to join you.

I don't let games appealing to the Tumblr crowd keep me from a game, then again, if I did, eventually that would be all games at some point. If a game decides to add an LGBT character and keeps it at that, I'd think it's pointless but if I like the game, I'll buy it. Does that make me a triggered soyboy SJW? No, I love free speech and I know assholes exist. You can't change that.

The game already has immortal vampires pretending to be normal dwarves, they can add changing gender to the disguise and it will work.
A gender-changing plague would also be interesting.
However, Toady won't probably find time to implement it in the nearest future anyway. He only said it's doable. Tons of things are doable, but Toady has to proritise what's important and I guess he'll want to push out the commercial version as soon as possible, without sidetracking.
Also, after the "doable" tweet, all the reeing was by his asslickers. And they are not the decision-makers.
So, no, no tranny concentration camp for you, at least not this year.

Goddamnit, I liked this thing. Now they're shilling to nobodies who won't play their free game, adding a feature that will destabilize the game AGAIN but this time without any practical function... Unless this is part of the coming "magic" feature, and will be part of some breeding or genital mutilation spell.

Will they add transsexual humans? Transsexual goblins? Transsexual elves? Transsexual animal people? All of these are sexually dimorphic in the game's code to the point of them being treated as separate entities in the object testing arena. And would the dwarves become trans on their own (and therefore either break the game or never do it due to the trash coding) or by the player's command?

Oh, and by the way, to any tumblrites who are present: there are otherkin. You can't play as them, because they have literally no civilization (even less than the uncontacted tribes in the Amazon). If you want to get Zack & Tarn to make these guys playable, go ahead, it'll definitely make the game more interesting.
 
The game is cool. I couldn't care less about a tranny dwarf. We have to see if this dysphoria doesn't unbalance the game. The game is hard enough to be worried about a faggot that doesn't want to reproduce.

The bigger problem is that legitimate diagnoses of gender dysphoria is a tiny percentage of the overall population, andit doesn't sound like they're doing this for proportional representation. Instead, it sounds like they're doing it because troons demanded it, because they don't have enough empathy to immerse themselves in a character that isn't a self-insert.

They've done it repeatedly in the past, and folding to them means they'll keep demanding it.
