Makes you wonder if there was pressure behind the scenes that made giving up that 10k payday seem like a wise investment decision.
From what I have seen these people aren't exactly the best with money. About to face legal action? Keep tweeting and giving the other side more evidence which means more legal costs for you and more likelyhood of losing the lawsuit. Fucking retarded.

Truthfully I would want a new series of Dragon Ball if Lunch and Android 18 is in it.
Are the people that voice them big shots in the business or just a side gig?
For 18 it depends on which one you want. The original and current 18: Meredith McCoy... Or the VA they used for DB Kai: Colleen Clinkenbeard.

Fun fact the original/current VA for 18 also did the voice for Launch.

Colleen is super popular and still gets a lot of roles. Meredith hasn't done much other than 18 lately.

Don't you just love how the smarmy fuckweasel is trying to make all nice to Vic. "All is forgiven! He admits his sins. People can change. Don't harrass anybody. It's all no ones faultt just a bad set of circumstances. Oh and this unamed mean guy is threatening to sue us."

Uh huh! I really hope Vic isn't letting these underhanded slime merchants appeal to his Christian Nature. Stand up for yourself. Let them have it with both barrels! Make it so they cannot do to anyone else what they tried to do to you. Remember they had a fucking list!

He told me he catches up on this thread nightly. I once mentioned something here, and he made reference to it in a DM, so he ain't bullshitting.

I'm sure he knows about Section 4.4. He read the article. Said something about how it must have been very hard for Lynzee admitting to it (hopefully he's okay with my sharing that bit... he'll probably even mention it on his stream).

It's actually interesting, though, if you think on it. This article only specifies a certain area in the contract, after Rial mentioned that she might form/go to another convention for autographing?

Almost like...maybe as though..Lynzee is trying to warn Rial? Especially considering she put a greater emphasis on Rial towards the end of the article.

It gets my noggin joggin a bit.

There's also this line right here:

"The contract goes on to say that if either the event or guest is affected by one of the aforementioned reasons [ any total or partial failure of performance by it or its duties and obligations under this Agreement occasioned by any act of God, fire, act of government or state, criminal act of any third party, war, civil commotion, insurrection, act of terrorism, embargo, labor disputes of whatever nature, adverse weather conditions, event cancellations, and any other reasons beyond the control of either party], they must provide the reason in writing with substantial proof. The following section (4.3) lays out that guests will not be held liable for failure to attend the convention for the above reasons but also goes on to include illness, injury, and/or disability of the guest or an immediate family member as viable reasons to cancel. "

Act of God - not happened, from what anyone can tell
Fire - not happened, from what anyone can tell
Act of government or state - not happened, from what anyone can tell
Criminal act of any third party - HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
War - not happened, from what anyone can tell
Civil commotion - not happened [yet], from what anyone can tell (and there's security at the convention, as Kameha Con reiterated)
Insurrection - not happened, from what anyone can tell
Act of terrorism - not happened, from what anyone can tell (and, these people still went to Pensacon, despite a bomb threat)
Embargo - not happened, from what anyone can tell
Labor disputes of whatever nature - Maybe, in the context of the convention?
Adverse weather conditions - only time could tell, but contracts would have been cancelled before that
Event cancellations - Kameha Con isn't cancelled
Any other reasons beyond the control of either party - not happened, from what anyone can tell
Illness - none that are announced
Injury - none that are announced
Disability of the guest or an immediate family member - none that are announced

Also, this part right here:

"...they must provide the reason in writing with substantial proof..."

The problem is that people like Monica Rial and Daman Mills said that there were safety and moral reasons for leaving. Kameha Con, though, stated that their safety system is locked and loaded for any problems that exist, nevermind the fact that cameras and phones will be present, along with Vic's attorneys. As for the moral reasons, it would have to be to prove that Vic is a sexual predator or whatever, which of course these people have said time and time that they don't have proof for. And, Kameha Con invited Vic back.

So, what's the deal?

Wow...

Just Wow...

You have to have some pretty big cojones to say "you're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty". How can any person alive be so dam hypocrite? What right does she have to say this?

Archive. Now.

Oh god I would want her autograph to start my 18 and Lunch Shrine.

Respect is earned, not owed Soye.
And "survivors", really? That's laughable. What did these people survive? Being fucking hugged?

His tweets actually made me a bit angry, which is rare.
He's skewing facts, over-exaggerating, virtue signalling, and trying to pretend he and the people he represents are the "rational pacifists" now that they've been BTFO'd and their house of cards is falling down. It's disingenuous, so fucking slimy, and most of all it's unbelievably cowardly.

I pray BHBH takes these people to the cleaners.

Ah, the old 'I'm not religious but I'll quote the bible at you in hopes you do what I want' argument

It's funny because even The Devil knows the Scriptures and used them in a debate with Jesus. Did not go well for him.
Matthew 4: 5-7
5 Then the Devil took Him to the holy city, had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, 6 and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written:
He will give His angels orders concerning you,
and they will support you with their hands
so that you will not strike
your foot against a stone.” (Psalm 91:11-12)
7 Jesus told him, “It is also written: Do not test the Lord your God.” (Deuteronomy 6:16)

I just felt that was apropos for the moment.

Found it. Dammit, TUG, link your sources in your video info boxes.

She claims that what was found on the hard drive was put there by a previous owner. Okay, but why would the police be induced to arrest him and seize the hard drive to examine it in the first place?

On the subject of weidenheft, her and her righteous #metoo pals should've given her brother the most obvious woke advice:

If you want to get away with pedophilia, rape, and other politically inconvenient crimes, just "become" a troon!

I thought you were supposed to fall on your knees, admit guilt, and beg for forgiveness. Like they want Vic to do.

Or is that just when you're #metooed without a criminal trial?

I'm so glad we got moles within La Choy's Twitter feed to screenshot this stuff, despite being protected. Did his lawyers not tell him to shut the fuck up? Because, he is basically just putting the nail in his own coffin at this point.

It's amazing.

And we know who you're talking about, La Choy. This isn't some expert crossword puzzle we have to solve. We're not as retarded as you. It's Vic and his lawyers you're talking about. Just like when all these people cancelled their appearances at Kameha Con, we know why. It's not for "safety" or "morals". It's because of Vic.

And also, La Choy, read the ANN article that just came out. Rial going to another convention to do autographs is not supposed to happen. It's a breach of contract, dummy.

Can we use these screenshots as evidence or as a means to get Ron's entire Twitter history?

It's fine. This should suffice.

Second update of the night:

There was a thunderstorm in my area, took out my wifi, stuck editing on my cellular device until power runs out or phone dies.

Whichever happens first.

Now on bottle 2 of the night, dumped it into a bottle to sip so I don't poison myself.

Keep the archives coming.

I'll catch up eventually.

Then archive the video, isolate the frame, and search based on the word match of the tweet is Advanced Search parameters.

Don't make my purgatory worse than it is.

We don't need moles, remember?

I tried it out all day today -- shit works like a dream.

It's gonna escalate further. Nick is going live in 90 minutes with something people are reeeing over.

Yeah, sure.

You know what else Jesus hates? Bearing false witness.
Or making immoral profits. Reminder that Jesus beat the fuck out of people with a knotted rope for pulling that.

I thought you were supposed to fall on your knees, admit guilt, and beg for forgiveness. Like they want Vic to do.

I honestly would throw a few Jacksons at her paypal for the legal defense, and leave a message. "Everyone deserves their day in court, including your brother, including Vic.

Kind of goes back to what I said a bajillion pages back. People forget for every "what if it was sister who was raped?" there's also "What if it was your brother who was accused of rape?"
