Today I realized just how massive big AL is. We get water delivered to our house in 5 gallon bottles. Each one of these bottles weighs about 41 lbs when full. I can carry 2 at a time a short distance and will get winded doing this more than 2 twice in a row. At my current weight of 175 lbs, I'd have to carry a total of 10 of these 5 gallon bottles full of water to equal the 600 lbs that ALR carries on her own body. It's a wonder her legs don't completely buckle and break under her own weight.

I mean... She's already housebound for the most part and has barely been able to walk at all for over a year at this point. That's about as close as a person can get.

It's probably important to remember, for future "I carried X equivalent" comparisons, that mobile fat people also have quite a bit of muscle mass to keep them going. They usually lose a fair amount of it if they successfully lose weight, too.

Yeah, that was a sad one. I figured she was going to die right away because this episode didn’t follow the typical script. Music was different, Dr. Now was never shown lecturing her roughly, they didn’t show Lola, they over-emphasized her heart problems-Dr Now mentioned it in every voiceover , etc. It seemed softer, no arguments trying to harshly shake her out of bad habits.

But the truth is, even if they didn’t show all the pushback there probably was, (like, why did her Uncle not want her back?) she did manage to lose 400 lbs. She was trying and it’s heartbreaking to think she died all alone, exactly as she feared in the beginning. Especially after making that call to college to finish her degree.

Would Amber see it as somebody finally getting their act together and trying their hardest to improve their lives and finally feeling free of an addiction and having hope,, or would she think, “well, if imma die I might as well eat that orange chicken! “ my guess, the latter.

A tad sad yes. But how sad can I feel really when she just eats and eats and eats, knowing the massive risk she is taking? She went to a doctor so she knows she needs help, and needs the weight off. So why keep stuffing your fucking face?

Amber also just ignores each and every warning sign, and eats and eats and eats. Deathfats are just in denial or completely delusional. Amber is no different. When she does go to a doctor, or so she claims, all is reversible and she is a picture of health. A single episode on tv will not fix her or she would have seeing Robert kick the bucket on this show.

I would say that for most people this is indeed all that matters. Nobody cares about her earring collection, her mountain of Torrid clothing, her insane recipes, or her stack of journals and drawer of stickers.

Amberlynn's channel has always been about her weight, and her weight is the star.

What is it with deathfatties doing vlogs about weightloss for years, getting absolutely nowhere, and then wondering why all anyone cares about is their weight? This is becoming a trend.

Incidentally, she is closer to 600 now than she was to 500 one year ago.
