Ah, you're right. I will add ANN did try to spread it with JapanTimes. The writer of that article was talking with editors at ANN about getting more info. It may be a case of Marzgurl and ANN both acting as 'spokes' for different people. Does Marzgurl have any connection with VAs or just the other Channel Awesome people who went on to write articles?

What photo though? She says she deleted it from facebook, so no point looking there. If kickvic were floating her picture around it shouldn't be too hard to find and verify.

As far as I'm aware no archive exists, only screenshots of the facebook post she made, @Medicated and I have tried to find it without luck (somebody might so people should keep looking). It's suspected her response was posted on the ANN facebook thread and was deleted by Lynzee loveridge as medicated found she's the mod or by the girl. The archive of ANN doesn't capture the photos, so I've also added a screencap showing redhead girl in the article. I know it's not the greatest due to the possibility of fakes, but i still think it's better than the photo we have nothing on.

Could she have been one of the 'censored' images from ANN's article. If not that, then my best guess would be one of those...super early on 'flurry' of accusations from randos on twitter. Which if so, then not really worth looking deeper into it.
Edit: In her comments on the Video, she said she's going to give them to SSgami(he commented and she responded). So he might actually get a 'scoop' for once.

/cgl/ was ground zero for this drama. They were talking about it before anyone else, and the Fujoshi whisper network used it heavily. 4chan is a degenerate shit heap all around, but people often forget that outside /pol/, /v/, and /tv/, its degeneracy of the left wing variety. /co/ and /cgl/ in particular are a really incestuous hug box for the people we see now in shadow of the Beards impending wrath. A hugbox jealously guarded by their janitors and and mods, where any wrong think is either deleted out of hand or exiled to /pol/.

It's really just the trinity of /cgl/, /co/ and /tg/. Every other board is either dead or apolitical. /co/ can be decent, too, if you ignore the shitflinging regarding the culture wars. That said, while /cgl/ aggressively pursued #KickVic, I have never seen them so delusional that they believe that KamehaCon will be anything other than simply a DB convention.
