Food that makes people around you shudder - Savor the flavor

I love kimchi, that's a comfort food for me. Kimchi and rice.
We had a Korean exchange student for one summer who got my ex stepdad hooked on Kimchi. I'm usually pretty adventurous when it comes to food, but the way he'd stink the bathroom up after eating that stuff has kept me from ever giving it a try.

Maybe I should try it now, though. Any suggestions?

Raw beef.
Otherkin detected!

Indian food is tasty as hell, but even the smell is too much for some of the wussbags I know.
I love Indian and Thai food and I love it as hot as possible. I’ve had friends dining with me move where they were seated because their eyes wouldn’t stop watering from being downwind of my dish. XD

I personally love cabbage kimchi with some homemade fried rice, just wrap up some rice in the leaves and chow down. There's also radish kimchi soup, and once a Japanese friend of mine shared some kimchi pickles that I really liked.

I'm kind of lucky that our grocery store sells cabbage kimchi in the "international foods" isle. Fucking Internationale foods isle is so weird. I've seen miso soup, menudo, and Irn-bru all on the same shelf.

Fried chicken gizzards are amazing
And fried chicken hearts too. They're more tender.

I like to make my own kimchi (same with sauerkraut). You can control how hot it is if you make your own, plus add onion, daikon radish, carrot, other stuff. Not really hard to make, but it takes korean pepper sauce (gochujang), utensils and some time fuckery while it ferments for several days, weeks. If you've got a decent Asian market nearby, head there (Mrs. Kims is a decent brand). If you live in no Asian land somewhere, you can go get some redneck kimchi at Walmart (not kidding). They have the brand below, usually in the refrigerated section at the end of the veggie aisle. I tried it out of desperation when I wanted some kimchi to go with the bulgogi I made. It's decent enough.

As the old saying goes, once you get past the smell, you got it licked! Kimchi is actually very good for you, probiotics, But also a heavy salt factor involved, so your call.

My personal favorite gag the entire breakroom food is sardines, in mustard sauce, on Saltine crackers.

I'm one of those stupid people that likes chilies. I once cooked for a vegetarian friend. Basically just took the meat out of a simple soup, and since I ain't a complete dummy, I also removed my more typical spices and replaced it with just a dash of cayenne pepper. Like just a sprinkle into a big kettle of water.

Friendo was still coughing after a couple spoonfuls and face fucking red, and the stuff I usually put into food (which tends to turn it inedible for about.. everyone I ever served?) is something among the lines of literally labelled "keep away from children and animals." The most pain I go through with a meal is whenever I frequent a burger joint that makes sauce out of fresh Carolina Reapers. It's a crossbreed to make something spicier than Naga because humans are fucking insane. I don't serve food that often anymore.

Life is pain, food shouldn't be any different.
