No sane person writes any of that and includes the word "normal" unless immediately preceded by "not at all." This was actually a fairly uncomplicated revision using the sigmoid colon vaginoplasty technique after his first penile inversion lost half its depth due to buildup of granulation tissue. If you understood none of those words then congratulations you're normal. The proper answer would to have been not doing any of this in the first place.

One that sticks with me is people who get bariatric surgery and don't follow the proscribed diet after will sometimes just explode out their guts.
