Ty already said that it will be the Amazons deposing the other side, so I would guess that one or more of them will be representing Vic in court if it goes that far. There are strategic reasons why you'd use female counsel in a case where claims of sexual assault have been made by female defendants. Someone else might lead the TI stuff, though.

Can someone explain this to me. If you watched Yamato/StarBlazers/G-Force (Battle of the Planets) growing up you're GenX not a Boomer. Since Nick is younger than that (and Ty is that age but not near Boomer) why are they referred to as Boomers?

What's up with these people plainly saying Vic is a mad rapist who preys on little kids and helpless coworkers but then censoring words like shit and rape. You're 'say no evil' except if it means blatant and ridiculous defamation designed to completely ruin a person? These kinds of accusations don't just get someone fired or get them to kill themselves, it leads to literal physical harassment and attempts on his person by idiots who think they're seeking justice.

It's a joke name to call anyone bad with technology because Boomers tend to be the ones bad at it. Like starting with a muted stream for example

If these texts existed, wouldn't it have made sense for Monica to simply post them, instead of threatening people with homeland security and filing false reports against Nick and Ty? Monica and Ron could have avoided all of this "harassment" they've been crying about by providing these texts. Monica, Ron, Shane and Marchi have proven to be too unstable to keep quiet about something this big.

If I had to guess, they most likely are intending to repurpose a vague text from Vic to the effect of "I'm sorry if I wronged you in some way. Please stop destroying my career."

My father was an actual baby boomer. Born in 1947.

Can confirm they suck at technology. It was a household crisis when the power went out and the VCR started blinking 12:00.

Ever since the actual boomers, the term has come to mean anybody sorta like that.

Depends on which end of the Boomer curve they're at. Tail end Boomers first encountered technology in the workplace and were able to afford home PCs and games consoles when those first came out so they have been dealing with evolving technology for most of their adult lives.
