"Where's the evidence?"
"Google it"

Nice evidence Shane...

I did this before, and you can find right fucking here to see how much Shane is pulling this from his sweaty asshole (only way those chairs die, butt sweat). Prior to this year Vic has cancelled an average of 3 cons a year, usually when a better offer is on the table.

One his withdrew from in South Carolina.... to go to on a Con tour of fucking Australia for fuck's sake.

Soy Milk. Not even one glass.

Good god, there's a smiley for every six words in that tweet.

Is that all? Means he's calmed :) down :) a :) bit :).

So has anyone gone undercover and tried to sneak into the Kickvic circle? Not to do a gay ops, but just to gather some info, like when Jamie Marchi's DMs revealed that she was HOPING and underage kid got assaulted. God what a bitch.

Why bother? We can just sit here and wait. They'll produce something without prompting.

Ron submitted this BEFORE he hired the attorney. But also in his defense, after his attorney reads this, he might not have an attorney. I mean his asshole of a client just essentially submitted a sworn afadavit of pure defamation of a non lawyer third party to the Texas Bar. Right now Ron's lawyer is researching Texas's legal precedent governing "he just needed a shootin' yer honor!". After reading this Ron's lawyer is going to donate $100 to Vic's GoFundMe and another $100 to his local liquor store.

$100 on his local liquor store? Fucking cheapskate lawyers.

Just occurred to me, Vic doesn't go to Texas for his voice work, which means there's only going to be 1 or 2 times this so called assault could've happened in the last 5 years or so.

Vic's been to Funimation like twice in his entire damn career. He has his own mini-studio at home so he can get stuff done and sent off.

Marchi only specified it was while "on the job" which doesn't necessarily mean Funi, more likely means cons.

I have no idea why they're obsessed with the idea of waiting until discovery to provide whatever information they have. It's not like dribbling their bullshit under oath will make it any less mockable.

To my knowledge Vic recorded for RWBY at his home but records all Funi shows at their studios. Also he directed at the studios for 3 months for Juni Taisen.

Like Mark Waid, this just goes to show how fucked they are. Relying on at best 2nd hand, years old public Youtube videos for evidence.

Literally no one is stopping you from just revealing sooooooooo much more to show the world the truth, you absolute muppet. If you so badly want to reveal the truth to the world and you have such incredible proof why are you hurting yourself? You're taking your money, marching into an expensive attorney's office and lighting it on fire and cackling about it on twitter. You're not hurting Vic by waiting until court to reveal his villainous videos, his legal funds are crowd-funded. You're just making sure the money that would be going to charity if you settled or got the case dropped pre-trial is going to BHBH instead.

If you have legitimate proof you're hurting only yourself and Monica by refusing to show it until a court orders it. And if you don't, you're only making things harder on the lawyer you're apparently ignoring in a stupid and misguided attempt to signal strength and confidence at people not involved in the lawsuit.

Okay, I'm now about 140 pages behind. Christ, this topic is impossible to keep up with.

Recap of the last few days?

Nick ranted and got angry about some things.

Twitter suspended him over nothing for a bit. He's over that now.

Shane had a break down.

Ron is still an idiot. :) (Still tweeting about Vic again)

Ty received a foolish ethics complaint from Mr./Ms. Ron Toye

A video or two of Vic's assaults were leaked on youtube. They were truly horrifying.

Papers go out on the 15th.

Mostly Shane and Ron have been sperging out nonstop, and dragging themselves furthr into trouble. I am honestly wishing they would shut up, because it is kind of terrible to see people destroying themselves in real time.

Ron filed an ethics complaint against Ty, which was hilarious (and if you have time you should watch Nick's stream from last night, because I for one was literally crying from laughing). Nick also aired one of the videos that were supposedly sent to conventions to convince them that Vic was a predator.

@emspex doxxed a couple more people, and even the new graphic is running out of room.

Edit, ninja'd

He filed an ethics complaint against opposing counsel? :story:

Ron, for fuck's sake, listen to your lawyer (if you're even going to have one after this act of idiocy) and SHUT UP.

It's because they have nothing, not a god damned thing, and they know it. They're hoping they can just bluff their way out of this, which is why they keep doubling down on all of the lies and bullshit. I'm sure that the next excuse will be that they're saving it for their appeal.

As an OG fan of Red vs Blue since before youtube even existed and you had to download videos to watch them because embedded video didn't even exist yet.... It pains me deep inside my soul to see what that company has become. Shane's Letter made it clear that RT was dead. RWBY should have been laid peacefully to rest with Monty When he died.

Poor man went far before his time.

Original RWBY literally was a fun project by the original RT cast to animate their Waifus using 3d custom girl software. At least that what it seemed to me. It was fun with its own unique charm that has since been lost by increased production value and a massive infection of identity politics disorder.

The only thing he loses by not working with RT is RWBY, and fuck RWBY.

The still might be on the target list, but Funi is a much bigger issue.
I hope they get RT because it might be the only chance RWBY has at this point, if not for becoming "good" again somehow it could at the very least be put out of its misery.

Yeah, I remember back when RWBY was "good" and had potential, then Monty died and it became Miles and RT's own personal political mouth piece. Here's to hoping that RT or at least Miles gets sued, but as I said before perhaps that's too hopeful. Well, hope for the best, expect the worst.

@Not A Bug Since we're currently talking about Shane, you implied he inserted himself into a potential criminal case at a convention you were at. Can you give us any more info about the potential criminal act? Maybe you talked about it on a Herohei stream, but i didn't see them.

There was a female (with her own history) that had accused two staff members of sexual assault. The internal investigation team contacted law enforcement and had their safety team sequester the girl and one of the alleged assailants. The other one, that had actually had relations with the girl, had coincidentally left the convention on an unrelated matter (he truly didn't know of a complaint).

When the second guy returned, Shane called him up to wherever he was officed and took him into a room and questioned/discussed with him about what happened, they were friends. He also directed another member to question him.

Texas has mandatory reporting when you know of a criminal allegation. When a non cop or a cop that doesn't have jurisdiction decides to question someone using their authority they can completely undermine any investigation and prosecution. If her accusations had been legitimate, too bad Shane, your actions just derailed any justice.

I noticed something else that sets the weeb wars apart from previous culture war flashpoints today.

In previous shitstorms, there is usually an unseen tipping point, beyond which even the most zealous of defenders will ratchet back their ardent defense of a given bit of nonsense a few notches. Eventually it all builds to the point where they quit the battlefield and pretend they won anyway, which is usually the point where it's tacitly realized that they lost. They may jockey for position but the war for all intents and purposes is over at that point, and the only ones still clinging to it are the TRUE AND HONEST believers who refuse to acknowledge that there was ever any wrongdoing.

For GG, that moment was the UN CVAWG Report. For ComicsGate, it was Marvel shitcanning the bulk of the shitheads resonsible for their latest literary bolus. But both of these had their moment where some idiot or another took the moment to assume that the opposition was in any way relevant. In GG you could at least claim that maybe some women had been harassed, because even though you had shitheads like Wu claiming anything was harassment, you had multiple third-party troll groups muddying the waters, the GGRevolt crowd constantly harassing people, and so on, so there was at least the illusion of legitimacy somewhere within that claim. In CG there was significantly less of this, since comics have been inclusive since forever ago, but you still had people making the claim (though it admittedly died off significantly after Ardian Syaf inserted openly anti-semetic Koran verses in the comics he was drawing).

There's none of this in the weeb wars. None. No one believes the KickVic crowd. Even if you ignore things like Samantha Inoue-Harte (which you should not), Pensacon (ditto), and Meepy Gal (still hilarious), there's been so many cases of faked evidence, intention to fake evidence, and people whose footage was used without permission by the KickVic crowd (who subsequently told them to fuck off and die) that they've not only obliterated their own credibility, but lambasted anyone who pointed out they don't have any credibility, and they can't even get their own side to run interference for them.
