Actually Hollywood is a self correcting problem. Note how little production actually happens in Hollywood or even California anymore. California has Metasticized. While everyone mouthed the left wing platitudes, the money people are swiftly moving the actual work out to deep Red “Right to Work” states. The cinemas are dying. Traditional broadcast tv is dying. And much like digital print and music, actual production is becoming easier, cheaper do more able to be done locally anywhere. At this point Hollywood is just a habit. One that more and more consumers are breaking, and more and more producers are leaving.

Just take Nick as an example. He’s doing a 2-3 hour stream most nights. A stream that a good sized block of people are watching, instead of the Hollywood produced late night talk show pablum. There are thousands just like Nick. And virtually none of them are SJW. The bedrock is shifting under their feet.

I agree with most of this, except one critical aspect: It's not self correcting.

The thing that makes Hollywood what it is isn't just the Old Boys'/Girls' Club, or the politics and business dealings and pedigree promotion of SAG-AFTRA and BAFTA; It's the literal infrastructure of how business on a corporate syndicated and insider level is conducted.

That's not just a model that is singular to a state or a political framework — It is a business model that is very profitable for all parties involved.

Crispin Freeman in his master classes on the VA Workshop circuit (http://www.voiceactingmastery.com/) tells every person this Day 0 — "You cannot get the bag (roles, jobs, money, influence, networking) without selling something, so make your product and brand better than everyone you're competing against."

For example: Awards. To even be considered for one, you need to kiss the ring.

(Examples: Weinstein, For Your Consideration/Talk Shows/Press Junket tours, and Academy panels.

For an example of what you'd have to do, here is a video of Rachel Bloom's submission to the FYC Television Academy Panel on March 24th, 2016 for her original syndicated series for the CW, "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend")

You can make the creative process as pro-'sumer as possible, but you will never break the established cabals without restructuring how these circles operate at the most fundamental levels of networking and self-gratification come Awards Season.

It's the very altar they pray at, and the dais they sacrifice young performers on — slowly and painfully, just for a crumb of clout and recognition.

The Old, Old, Oldguard of performers and talent recognize and know this — but most every festival and award show has been hijacked by the woke crowd to weaponize this now down racial lines and bullshit their way in with multiple avenues. They can't stop it from rolling downhill, only the public can by not buying the bag from the last unlucky sow.

Frankly, for a first time effort (aside from Wendee Lee and Lex Lang) it's a respectable dub. The Ocean dub technically only lasted for two seasons, was it because it did badly or the voice actors were bad? No, it was due to budget constraints and they had to drag bums like Sabat and Schemmel into taking over. I'd love for Sabat to talk about his initial work for season 3 of DBZ, it's atrocious. And I mean what aired on TV or is on the original Season 3 DVDs. Not what's available on current DVDs, Sabat redubbed his lines cause it was so bad.

That's just more of a reason to bring the leafs back. They only did 53 episodes and 3 movies for the US, but those actors did a lot more shit for other countries. Why hire replacements to sound like Sabat and Schemmel when you can re-hire the people those speds were originally brought on to imitate? They only got ousted because it was cheaper for Funimation to hire future lolcows in Texas.

As much as people give shit to Sean for his obsession with being Goku, Chris acts like he's all of Dragon ball. It's his studio they record super at, he is in possession of masters for Z (that fans donated to him) and he seems to be the one that a good chunk of the cast owe their positions to.

It's going to be fun watching Beard/Toei run this Joss Whedon looking gimp through.

Shane is delusional. There just aren't that many people who have made accusations against Vic, those people are known, and they can all be sued without much effort. The resources and money are available to sue every single one of them if necessary.
