Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Chantal is so stupid. The greek food wasn't even that bad, and she could have gotten away with eating that if only she didn't lie about being vegan and starting that specific diet plan of hers. Just eat what you want but make healthier choices. For instance, instead of ordering pizza, there are places that make pizza that are gluten-free and low in calories.... or she can just make pizza at home using a tortilla as the dough. It's not that hard... and I doubt her subscribers would get annoyed at her if she only stuck to a solid plan instead of focusing on these fad diets.
Exactly. The Greek food wasn’t bad at all. I don’t understand her melt down. She easily could have said this is my last meal before the “ghost cleanse “. LOL. She’s ridiculous. I knew the unripe fruit was going to cause a meltdown.

“Relapse”, “bipolar”, she’s really trying to medicalize being a glutton. I feel like she thinks if she can convince everyone that she’s a victim of addiction and mental illness everyone will stop being big meanies to her and let her gorge herself for money in peace. Maybe if everyone thinks her cycle is tragic and out of her hands it will become endearing and sympathetic! No chantal, you’re just fat.

I had put a little thought (I don't waste a lot of time thinking about Chantal) into what could have caused the chimp out. I really can't come up with anything other than Zack's video about the ghost medium. Could that really have hit a nerve so bad to cause that reaction? Could it be something at home causing the stress and following craziness? Has anyone come up with something that sounds plausible? It would be scary to think that nothing really caused this other than her being that damn crazy.

So it's a storytime mukbang. What are our options?
  1. Soft-spoken apologies while eating fruit.
  2. Royal cunt blaming everything on haters while eating fast food or take out.
  3. Mentally unwell victim eating a healthy home-cooked meal.
Anything else?

I say option 4. A minute of half ass acknowledgement that she's "crazy and weird". Then she acts like it never happened. She'll eat something in the middle that she thinks is on the healthier side, but in reality is more calories than a human female would need in a day.

I think it was simply the concept of having to eat fruit that wasn’t ripe. She fucked up and just rolled with it

Whether consciously or subconsciously, she set herself up for failure right from the start. First of all, she never read the book. She said she was going to, but then probably binge watched some MTV show meant for teens instead. She didn't read the book the day she bought it or on "day one". Day one - which she promptly changed to day zero after the fruit selection - was doomed to fail. This was her plan for day one: eat pears at home, go grocery shopping in the evening with Peetz, fight the urge to go out to eat with Peetz, take him comic shopping, take him home, get home without a fast-food stop, and prepare her first fruit meal for dinner after all of that. She was never going to do any of that.

The unripe fruit was just an easy excuse. After the fruit wasn't ripe all of a sudden day one turned into day zero. She then didn't have any reason to refuse to go out to dinner with Peetz, and nothing to prepare for dinner at home, so all bets were off. "I'll start tomorrow then." But she had nothing prepared for the morning. She claims she bought veggies, but we didn't see any of those. The fruit obviously hadn't ripened in a few short hours. She didn't make any moves the night before to have even one meal ready for day one. She still hadn't read the book, so all she had to go on was the plan - none of the information that supposedly supported it. She looked at her unripened fruit, saw a scapegoat in it, and ordered take-out instead.

She planned to fail from the start.
