Because people enjoy it and I like the challenges. I have a new one that is literally community run. A bunch of people including guests, attendees, vendors, and staffers and whenever we have a question we bring it to a general chat and say what do you want to do and whoever is online answers and we do it. No matter how crazy we try because it is a challenge.

With bigger shows, there are a million pieces to it. There is always a puzzle and challenge to pull it off. I do it for being able to do it.

I would like to clarify something you may not be aware of concerning doxing, why we do it and our reasons, and I hope this is instructive.

Doxing, in and of itself, so long as it contains no information that would be criminal to release like credit card numbers and other sensitive information of that nature, is not illegal. Potentially scummy, maybe, but not illegal.

Second, we dox for entertainment and archival purposes, not to do any deliberate harm that is not already done by it being available elsewhere, as we basically mine information anyone who can use a web browser can find and collate it here. We have no desire to do anything criminal by doing so, and it's a forum policy to condemn anyone who does so and to laugh at them for being fools.

Finally, I would like to say I am glad you do draw the line at doxing a child, that is an honorable scruple, but before you claim hypocrisy on our part by including dox on people who have posted information on their children, I remind you they posted such information in public, thus gave away their privacy in the process.

I am sure you can understand why we can not believe evidence we have only heard rumors about. Proof is required from the accuser in such cases.
