Do you mean Trailer Drake? Technically he was a con panelist (I think). We don't know whether those panelists had a verbal, written or any contract at all. All we know is that they were confirmed to appear before they cancelled and they're not actually worth suing for not appearing as they weren't going to bring in that significant of a crowd anyway.
I wasn't aware of that, but i wasn't asking him to donate to the GFM. I asked him to promote the GFM instead of Nick's Superchats. Nick does fine on superchats without ShortRound's Promotion, not to say it's not nice of him to do so.

So many angles here. Either she's lying to the r/dbz subreddit here that she's at KC (in which case why would you do that?) or she actually is at KC (in which case, I thought you were afraid of being harassed or raped by Vic and his fans) or She went to KC to Uber people to and from Monica's Signing (which is just sad if she did).
Also, not sure if it's been posted on the thread but the pics on this guy's post confirms there were like maybe only 100-200 people in the store the whole day (if you extrapolate from these numbers).

Store isn't that big as well (check inside images on google maps of the place), so anyone who claims the line went out the door might be correct, but it's not really that big an achievement if you think about it (also take into consideration that making a line covers less surface area but more length).
Before I move on I wanted to address 3 things:
I really doubt it's from Sabat as he did the right thing and has been pulling the good boy act this whole weekend. I doubt he'd throw it down the shitter for this CosThot when he can get anyone else with his Wealth and Status. As much as you might hate him for all of this, the guy is probably the most famous and loved VA from all of the Anime VAs, there's No doubting that and probably one of the only VAs who actually stayed on since the original dub of dragon ball. The guy's character is loved by thousands if not millions of Weebs and so is he as a person as he is the foil to Schemmel's personality. Everything he has done in this whole debacle remains behind the scenes (except for the whole tour thing but he's sort've adequately covered his ass for that too) so he hasn't lost that much of fan support and with the court case coming up, my guess is that he would rather have that than whatever he may get from Dominique.
My guess is that Dominique got her guest pass from one of the people at Monica's Signing. Either Monica herself, Terez or Trailer Drake. All are viable options, since she claimed the guest pass "came from a friend". Since KC collabed with Monica on her alt. Signing it's possible they let her and the other's that were at her signing keep their guest passes.
If anyone who was at KC or part of the staff can verify this and if Monica's pass was picked up, then we have her.
Alternatively, Terez (if she was telling the truth) was at KC as well, but why? If she was only there to uber people, then she's out but if she was at KC on Friday, convinced staff that she was still a panelist, she could've gotten her pass and passed it on to Dominique (or again, if KC let the people at the alt signing keep their passes).
Lastly, Maybe the passes can be traced back to the person who owns the pass. So to prevent her friends Monica and Terez from getting into trouble for giving her their pass, she got a patsy "male feminist" present there to give her their pass (again, only if KC allowed them to keep their passes or didn't void the cancellations on their badge system).
I highly doubt that she seduced a guard to get a pass, as she would've just sold the guard out in the first place instead of protecting them when she got caught.
Gotta say, a bit disappointed (hopefully the war chest is big enough to get them for the whole case against them) but this does make our investigative work a bit easier depending on who gets hit. We know the key players and who's involved already. Whoever gets hit, get's crossed off the already small lists we have for both.
It's really great to see the guy back on his feet and making a killing, and all that $ Rightfully belongs to him and I know he needs it because times are tough, but can you imagine what a slap in the face it would be to all of KickVic and those VAs and panelists trying to take sneaky cheap shots at Vic through donating a portion of their funds to a cause if Vic did the same? I mean let's face it, you know KickVic is going to bring that fact up if Vic doesn't (and also a big collective Fuck You to KickVic if they do bring that up).
Now on to the last bit and something that might be interesting to all of you. The supposed scheduled recording session that cancelled Sabat's Tour. I ran a small sad Gay Op into it.
So, by now i'm sure everyone suspects Toei had some sort of influence on the rebranding & cancellation of the tour as well as Horikawa's cancellation (if it was a VISA issue like another Vegeta account on Twitter claimed or any other issue for that matter, we would've heard about it by now as the reason for his cancellation). So obviously, Sabat also can't just cancel out of the blue, he needs an excuse. So he makes one up, "Schemmel needs to re-record some lines book him again". Now, Idk where Schemmel lives (i've forgotten the address from emspex's doxx of him) but I found this on his Twitter:

So my guess is the following went down for this weekend:
- Toei exerts influence to get Sabat to cancel tour
- Sabat panics as with all the shit that's been happening the past few weeks, this was all he needed
- In the panic, he needs a cover so makes up shit or asks Sean to do him a favor to record his lines for one of the most important episodes in the series, 110.
- What causes me to think this wasn't the original reason he cancelled the tour is because episode 106 of Super airs this week and (I can't remember if this was the same last year) they possibly take a break on Easter week (next week). So that means that they have atleast 2 weeks (~10-12 working days) extra to push out some screams and about two lines of actual dialogue for Goku on episode 110
- Monica hears his and decides to try and get Sean to appear at the con to boost her crowd
- Sean declines to appear (like the real asshole he is
- Sean later goes to a horn store to get his daily fix and bounces home
- Monica is left high and dry with her only guest appearances being Trailer Drake, Terez and Dominique
- They started internally screeching when they see their turnout vs Vic's, so they hatch a plan to make a snuff vid where they claim Vic harassed them (or some other similar shit) as revenge
- Dominique uses one of their passes and Terez Uber's the Thot to KC
- And the rest, as they say, is history
I'm a Sabat fan myself, or was before all this mess, but let's not kid. Liam O'Brien, Troy Baker, and Crispin Freeman all leave Sabat in the dust as far as wide appeal to fans goes. He is very popular and well known for being approachable, but he's not #1 anywhere but in his own mind.
I thought I saw Drake complaining about how he couldn't get refunded for his table, which implied he was one of the people who paid to get a table, rather than was paid to show up. Who knows though, I wasn't paying much attention to any of those unimportant nobodies beyond noting that they made the foolish choice of throwing away money just to strengthen Vic's case.
It's a shame that the four lawsuits going out are so predictable, since that paired with 'none of them are Iago or Igor' leaves us at roughly the same place for which the two are. It is interesting though, I suppose, that even Igor has more shielding against a lawsuit than these four dummies (whoever the two are that aren't Monica and Ms. Toye)
--Actually on reflection, maybe it is a tiny hint. If we run with the hint someone picked up that both I's are VAs, that would have pointed to Monica as a potential Igor. If she's being sued here, that rules her out. Shane isn't a VA, meaning he can't be Igor. Could my theory that Sabat is Igor actually still hold water now? Hmm.

Ah, true, but I meant that Picard one in particular only suggested 'but what if he isn't innocent', it didn't outright state he wasn't, so I found it interesting they included it as a count of defamation. Someone else suggested that not all of these were direct defamation, but I believe Ty mentioned those letters/papers were specifically dealing with Texas defamation law, so they'd only be the ones they're using for defamation purposes. Tweets (and other things) used for TI and conspiracy would be other ones, though I imagine at least some overlap.

Take note: this lawsuit, even if you feel it is dragging to long, is actually lightning fast compared to other lawsuits. I mean, it is just 2 months from the time vic was kicked. That also shows how fucked the kickvic's side is when the lawsuit is very quickly prepared. not even Meyer v Waid was this fast. the kickvic side really made the case too easy for Beard

Ty Beard called and confirmed that the lawyer had interacted with Ron, and the lawyer seemed to give Ty the impression that he'd be handling Ron's case, when such a case is actually filed.
As for contacting the guy, DO NOT CONTACT HIM. He has better things to do than be grilled by Kiwis, and it's against site rules anyway. Let Ty Beard handle the opposing counsel; that's literally his job.
