Vic currently lives in LA.
Didn't he recently move back to Texas? I got that impression from his streams but maybe it's just a new place in LA.

Was Vic always going to be given his own floor, or did the other attendees act like they were so scared of the hug-monster that he needed to be placed somewhere away from them, preferably on a wholly different floor? It would be very funny to me if others insisted Vic be separated and he still drew larger crowds, and that separating him allowed con staff and attendees to see very clearly who the biggest draw really was.
The Beard said last night that it was for security reasons.

I think the other three are Marchi, Rial, and Funimation themselves. Soye and the two bimbos have done the worse of the defamation, and Funimation caused the worse financial damage to Vic.
I was thinking the same, or maybe Rooster Teeth instead of Marchi since she's quieted up for now and Vic made that comment in his stream about not YET having the power to keep his role as Qrow.

Eastern District of Texas seems most likely. If you have an RSS reader, point it at this:
That's not Texas.

Or newsman's privilege, given his main role in this has been simply to report on the news on the case in a fairly neutral manner (something Anime News Network can't claim).
I'll be "that guy" for a millisecond. He's been a reporter about as much as the modern press has. That is he's helped create and shape the story. Unlike them however he hasn't created random "facts" to further his POV.

Even Waid had the sense to shut up after paper started flying. So far, only Marchi has done that in this case.

You think she in particular crammed it because she singlehandedly provided proof for malice in a single tweet?

PULL apparently has a rule against counter thought, and it's considered white knighting to do so... I'll just let that sink in.

Okay, but she's fundamentally wrong-- they have to make an exception for that, right?

Makes me wonder if there could be an industry of charging people to tell them to just STFU. Clearly here there are some who could've used some advice.
