While @AnOminous has covered the legal side of it, this is also a favourite tactic by, I believe, Mr Hughes of BHBH.

They did this against a contractor who did a shitty job and they catalogued every single issue with photographs into a slideshow. By issue 4 the guy was still sitting relatively confident, by 104 he'd slumped onto the desk.

They had in excess of 200 such issues catalogued and ready to continue hitting them with.

The lawyer immediately began to talk settlement deals.

The whole point is, as said, PR and psychological warfare. If you're making the other side slowly die inside, imagine what it'd do to a jury or a judge? As you have to stand there and go through all 400 of these tweets before them, showing every instance of the shit spewed?

They're going to want to give you the death penalty even if its not an option in the case in hand. They're going to fucking hate your guts before your lawyer even stands up to try and defend your soy chugging ass.

You overwhelm them in information or examples to ensure that only one story is told, in this case the truth.

I wouldn't smash a woman like her. I'd rather fuck ladies that actually have a decent personality instead of a plastique like her. Having big tits and ass doesn't make you sexy, it's a talent that THOT's can never understand.

Remember that the i09 article on Vic says that they conducted an inconclusive investigation on him in November. What you've mentioned, too, is relevant... and also what I've been hammering since the controversy started.

These people have been talking about "feeling unsafe" while they're aware of sexual assault allegations but didn't think to turn in their findings to law enforcement-- by their logic, they've subjected the whole of society to that lack of safety.

He's like, eight years younger than her-- at minimum, he would be the sub, but I'm more inclined to think that he's been cuckolded given being engaged for multiple years, as well as the depths of his white knighting during this entire ordeal (and that ethics complaint-- imagine preemptively (and incorrectly) filing a joint complaint with "Mr./Ms. Toye" and complaining to a bar association that, without presented evidence, two lawyers incited people to call you a "beta male".)

(On a side note, I'm actually lowkey really hoping that every one of his accusers turns out to be a spurned lover.)

Was Vic's panel completely isolated from the other VAs at Kamehacon? From what I'm seeing so far it seems like the other VA panels are all close to each other.

Indeed it is. I know that this thread moves at a break-neck pace the way it is, but any bets on where the post count is going to be sitting by this time tomorrow?

I can imagine there's going to be a full day of Twitter sperg-outs, whining on other internet boards, and a stream from Nick tonight. I don't think anyone doubts it will crack 1000, that's almost guaranteed, but how much further is it going to go?

Don't forget that in addition to the lawsuits Nick teased that there would be a second entertaining surprise happening today, so depending on how full of lols it is maybe hitting 1100?

Edit: This Kamehacon goer says that when he was waiting for his turn for an autograph, a guy in front of him didn't have enough money for a photo so Vic gave it for free. Wonder how many times he did that for fans strapped for cash over the weekend.
