Feedback Technical Grievances

Primarily browse on my phone, a Samsung Galaxy, and both in Chrome and DuckDuckGo browsers, trying to post causes massive lags from typing to what appears in this box (and that's when what I type decides to register at all).

Thought it was my vpn but even off it's still like this and it's only on this forum when this happens, elsewhere I can type just fine.

Samething happens when I tested on my spouses iPhone too.

Edit: also pages will just show up blank on either browser as well.
 
Is the new forum supposed to open up older comments you made when you make a new one? I've noticed that a few times.
 
I’m not getting embedded images as well, and some avatars aren’t showing. Just using Safari atm, so I dunno if it’s happening on Chrome too.
 
For some reason I can't rate anything now. It just shows the loading icon for a while and then times out. Firefox 66 64-bit Windows 10

edit: nvm it's back

edit 2: keeping this post here though because it was pretty strange how only rating posts stopped working, not sure if you're having internal server troubles or not

Same here. Some images appear broken but opening them in a new tab shows them properly. I'm using Duck Duck Go browser for Android.

These point to kiwifarms.net, however I am on kiwifarms.is.

You should check which site the person is visiting and redirect them to the proper site otherwise they will not be logged in.

Of course you can resolve this by simply logging into both sites, but if you are on .is the threads should point to .is and not to .net.

Apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong thread: there's a minor glitch in the alert system. I got an alert today, notifying me that someone quoted a post I made in the "Amber says dumb shit on social media" thread. Which is not a thread I've ever posted in, IIRC. Sure enough, when I clicked the alert I saw it was actually @Mauve Olive quoting a post made by @mousetrap.

Is anyone else having the issue where attachments only show up as a string of numbers?

It happens on and off within posts (as you can see there's a working attachment and then a broken attachment in the same screencap) and hitting f5 doesn't fix it so idk what to do.
If it matters, I'm using Firefox.

We are aware of this issue. Only temporary solution we have right now is to refresh.
 
Not really all that nasty an issue, but a minor alignment issue on the reactions recieved page that could be cleared up:

Probably just needs the icon positions shifted to look right.
