This shit's been going on for 4 moths? I thought it was 3.
Also Ron, implying there are more then ONE police report when no one's stated anything, nor any filing from them to date for death threats. Yeah, GENIUS lvl here.
 
Keep in mind that the supposed death threats against Rial include things like some guy saying that Vic deserves more than an apology, with Soye and Rial choosing to interpret that as a death threat that will be "fully prosecuted."

So they clearly still haven’t lawyered up. Or if they have they are pissing their money away by ignoring the most basic thing the lawyer tells them. Shut the Fuck Up! And yes we know that’s what the lawyer would tell them. That’s what any lawyer with greater competence than Landau would tell them. There is never any good reason or result to fighting your case or cause in public on the twatter once lawyers have been engaged.

Monica and Soy Toye are going to get fucking shredded in discovery. Funimation is going to leave them holding the bag.

she keeps talking about going out of her way to call the police about the "death threats" and will spend hours trying to convince us she has had them but just cannot simply post it and prove everyone they exist and avoid this whole mess
Kind of like how they apparently have definitive proof of Vic's harassment but instead of just posting it they will waste thousands upon thousands of dollars in a lawsuit instead

And what would a police report about online harassment have to do with Vic anyway? Vic has made no public statements regarding Monica or any of this. He got defamed. He got a lawyer. And he shut up. If a police report involves online death threats it will not be allowed anywhere near this case. It is irrelevant to thevmatters at hand. If it is a police report regarding some specific action of Vic’s, either he knows about it, and thus Ty knows about it. Or it was viewed as completely unfounded by whatever agency it was reported to, and thus dumped in the “idiocy” file.

I agree but their dumb so they think anything on the IstandwithVic side does automatically means Vic wanted it. This is ignoring that he wanted both side to be civilized. Makes so much sense except when their side does it they auto ignore or blame it on IstandwithVic side's fault.

I did read it. The original comment says, "I would say a little more than an apology is in order for this." Follow the thread, and Soye says, "This threat and every threat made against her will be fully prosecuted. We are on the phone with the police as we speak."

What am I missing?

If her case depends at all on her own testimony, making outrageous claims on a routine basis about shit that is obviously not "death threats" tells you how much you can trust what this lying whore says.
