Remember when this was the most flamboyant instance of Chris at a Gamestop?

edit: is this the same gamestop as in the video?

If it's the Fashion Square one , then yes it is. My my .. How times have changed!

It was bound to happen eventually. Chris has been losing his grip and self-control for a long time now. His ranting on Facebook about Sonic's arms and demanding people vandalize Sonic Boom boxes and displays, his past history with other stores, his brushes with the law...it was only a matter of time before he finally assaulted someone.

I hope that he finally gets what's coming to him. If he can't act like a civil human being then he has to be punished. This was obviously premeditated. He knew what he was doing. He even had the pepper spray at the ready, so it's clearly evident that he planned on using it.

I'm excited to see what happens next.

Whelp.

This could be potentially extremely bad for Chris, but it relies on the Gamestop employees pushing it, and corporate pushing it. They have reasons for doing so or not doing so; the future is uncertain. There could be no consequences for Chris, or he could do up to a year in prison, maybe more depending on what charges they stick. In all likelihood, he will escape significant punishment as he has in the past, probably due to apathy on behalf of the Gamestop staff.

So. Okay. Here's what we know so far, updated with the latest information.

- The original poster, along with the staff, believe the mysterious fluid to be pepper spray. It doesn't really matter at this point if it is or it isn't; if they believe it is, that's important.
- Chris is not on probation so isn't violating his probation. It expired after one year. Chris mentioned being on probation to Colin, but Chris is retarded and doesn't know anything.
- If the OP's account is to be believed, the staff were well aware of his identity and he had, in all likelihood, visited before.
- Chris is probably banned from Gamestop nation wide, on penalty of misdemenour trespassing.
- Chris has not been imprisoned.
- It is uncertain if charges have been laid or not.
- In the event of charges, it is unclear who will defend him.

-- Yep. Even it it was a cup of ice water it's still assault.
-- The Probation is over but the charges and sentence are still a part of his record of Priors. If he's arrested again on similar charges (assaulting a store person), that's not gonna look good in court.
-- Chris is still supposed to be banned from the entire Fashion Square Mall (hence those recent attempts at "Apology" letters). Even if Gamestop or the employee(s) may not press charges, the Mall management is another layer for Chris to contend with
-- Chris is banned from all Gamestops, everywhere, period. US, Canada, everywhere there is one, Chris isn't allowed to set foot in it from now on. If for any other reason, Gamestop HQ will pretty much have to ban Chris everywhere or they could be liable for having a "hostile work environment" for their employees.
-- Prison, no. Jail, yes. If Chris gets committed to a nuthouse, he may WISH he was sent to prison.
-- Charges or not, the Jerkops have been called in, so I'm sure he's on their radar.
-- Like I said before, it sure won't be Rob Bell. It'll likely be some Paralegal at best working for the county.

I fucking hate tumblr for this exact reason. If only they knew why Chris was labeling himself as female, maybe they would be less supportive. I get that SJW are trying their best to fight injustices that they perceive, but in the end, they taint their message. Like Chris, they are their own worst enimy.

That's why Chris ran to them. He wants his Private Army, and they want windmills to charge.

And this is what I think of every time I hear about pissant sites like tumblr

It occurs to me what an extraordinary irony it is that Chris obsessively seeks out and exposes himself to this thing that he claims causes him extreme duress and overloads his senses. It's sort of like if Superman, instead of avoiding Kryptonite, went out of his way to go near it every chance he got in order to make some kind of point about how much it pisses him off. If this goes to trial, I hope they throw the book at him and then make him wear a jumpsuit with blue sleeves in jail on top of it.

The employee should press charges. Snyder asked the court to have mercy on Chris, but to this day Chris believes he set him up. He won't learn so it's best to get him in the judicial system again so his ability to hurt other people in the future is reduced.
