It's fairly common for people on the spectrum to suffer some form of body dysmorphia, and it's especially common in girls when puberty begins.

Oh, I believe it. I saw a girl on YouTube who swore she was actually trans because hated her boobs sooooo much. The person reacting (video got taken down before I saw it) is FTM and kept pointing out that she was getting dysmorphia and dysphoria mixed up. You can hate your boobs and not want to be a man. But he's truscum, so what does he know?

I think it's medical malfecience that you can get HRT without therapy, or that it's prescribed to children/teenagers. Messing with your endocrine system is really dangerous. Even disregarding trans issues, I've known a few people with really bad psychological and physical problems because of hormonal imbalance. Voluntarily introducing an imbalance without a lot (like, years) of consideration is a really bad idea.

I remember reading somewhere there was a good deal of success treating transexuals with same sex hormones (men with testosterone, women with estrogen), leading to the cessation of their wanting to transition. Some searches I just did didn't bring anything up, maybe these findings were memory holed.

If I remember correctly the term "sapphic" can be used to refer to same-sex attraction between women in general (meaning that both homosexual and bisexual women would fall in this category) and it's a term that has come to be used a lot in the LGBTBBQ community to virtue-signal in the same way that "WLW" is. Either way, it's pretty clear that they don't want any bisexual men to worship them to the same extent because the overwhelming majority of troons are heterosexual AGPs.

I personally think the wlw/sapphic thing was a way for women to try and politely reject penises since transwomen had taken over the term "lesbian" so hard. I'm mostly going off of SRS case reports where they've examined the testes and found that the tissue underwent extreme amounts of hyaline degeneration, rendering them completely nonfunctional. Although it is highly variable and seems unrelated to dose and duration (the purpose of these studies, of course, was to remind doctors to tell troons to use contraception regardless of how many hormones they're putting into their system.)

Plus research on HRT in general is a mess. Mainly because the WPATH guidelines for men are spironolactone + some form of estrogen and many AGPs don't actually like that because spiro often kills your sex drive quickly. This is not good for a fetishist, so they don't take it. Technically everyone's wandering around out there with a different cocktail of exogenous hormones and it makes it difficult to do population studies.

If only. Most troons spend almost no effort on transitioning. They just take their easy-to-get pills and begin invading women's spaces and creeping on lesbians.

Taking pills is easy. Learning how to wear a wig or do makeup and not make it look like complete shit is apparently an impossible task only achievable by natal women and gay men.
