I really think Chris is morphing into his mother after the lack of masculine influence in his life due to Bob's unfortunate end. I work in retail and he honestly seems like one of these fat 50 year-old ladies who think they are entitled to everything. Do we know exactly what Chris sprayed or is it entirely up to speculation? Knowing him, it might have been something as innocuous as Britney Spears perfume. Does that still count as assault?

I can't say what Virginia law on this is, but in Massachusetts the legal system would treat Chris as male because Chris hasn't filed any paperwork (as far as we know) to establish a legally female identity. This website suggests some fairly low-impact actions to take to establish one's gender identity legally in Virginia; I doubt Chris has done any of them. Unless Virginia is way more accepting on this than Mass, Chris is legally male and will be treated as legally male, Chris's protestations to the contrary notwithstanding.

The questions about how one assigns inmates to jails and prisons when their gender identity and physical status don't match are complicated and vary a lot by jurisdiction and even judge to judge, but since Chris's legal gender identity and physical status match currently, I doubt it would even be a question if incarceration were on the table.

No way in hell . He would sit in his room surrounded by legos and vidya just like before. Not a punishment by any measure.

Except he'd also starve because he couldn't go get food for him and Barb.

And no way is Barb going to do the job she relies on Chris to do.

Is it possible that if these charges stick and it does lead to actual jail sentence or nuthouse time, will that effect his Tugboat status any? Since the taxpayers will already be paying for his room & board via the penal system, would he get docked or cut off completely by the SSA?

All that Chris' lesbian/trannie activities will come down to is that he's been in training to become some Aryan convict's "Skittles Bitch".
i i think he loses them http://www.disabilitysecrets.com/get-disability-if-felony.html

We know. It was pepper spray.

it could be pixie powder and it would still be assault.

the contents of what he threw at this employee is irrelevant , trowing something at someone is assault , period.

apologies if this is rehashing, but this could be great for chris. not even in a "he'll finally learn his lesson!!1!" way. autistic people like structure. his greatest times are when the state set a routine for him and brought him out to socialize. speaking from experience, small town jails ain't too much different than high school. everyone knows each other, every day is exactly the same, and all activity is strictly scheduled. he won't get raped (as funny as the thought is), he'll have a clear routine and rules that he *will* have to comply by, and he'll be away from toys and barb.

plus, plenty of time to exercise and read (without vidya, who knows how desperately bored he'll get) and he'll be required to socialize with other men, which might break his insane tranny delusions.

i'd love to see chris locked up for 5 years and come out some brawny business-minded motherfucker. hey, at this point, sky's the limit.

we are talking about Chris now , right?

As much as I think that prison could help him , he is still chris.

Considering they spent a shit ton of money trying to defend themselves against Snyder, they're probably going to be penniless trying to fight these new charges. No matter what the outcome may be, they're screwed either way.

Literally nothing Chris does can ever surprise me any more. Turning his life around would be unexpected, but you never can tell with him. At this point, I think the only way he could surprise me now would be if he turned out to be four monkeys in a suit. And even then my reaction would just be, "Well, that explains it."

The pepper spray charge is the most serious but proving it will be hard, as long as Chris has a good legal representative. It all hinges on the GameStop employee who, given he wasn't hurt, probably just wants to get on with his life and forget this weird day.
.
It may not be required for a conviction of the lesser included charge of unlawful releases, paticlaurly with the video footage to prove that what is requires is
1) he relases a substance
2) any tear gas, mustard gas, phosgene gas or other noxious or nauseating gases or mixtures of chemicals designed to, and capable of, producing vile or injurious or nauseating odors or gases, and bodily injury results to any person from such gas or odor
3) In private home, place of business or place of public gathering
4) without lawful excuse being self-defense

from the video we can get elements 1,3,4 and we can seethe can in his hand when he pass the camera, that can was likely taken by the police when Chris was arrested. Further to extent were pressing charges, this seem to me to be a public order offense rather then an offense agaist a person, ie put up a cloud of pepper spray
