Chris-Chan Arrested and in Jail, awaiting Hearing on Monday (28-Dec-2014)

All I can say after reading this thread and the other one is this:
If Chris is charged with a felony and has "felon" on his record, he could very well lose his tugboat. That would suck, not only for Chris, but for Barb as well. Another thing that I realized is this: if Chris goes to prison for 5+ years... that will be the longest draught of Chris information ever on the cwcki. Will we all still be around when he comes out to hear of his time in prison?

Mmm... I kinda doubt it. From the scanner, I don't think he was taken into custody following any pursuit. I strongly get the impression that they got him at home. But that's mostly just speculation on my part.

the police scanners did mention that he tried to gain access to a car or something and that the driver called the police.

I need a timecode on that. I heard no such thing on the scanner after listening to the whole goddamn thing.

I honestly didn't expect Chris to get jailed for this; I thought that his dumb luck/autism card would get him out of trouble yet again, but apparently his dumb luck has run out.

If Chris was arrested at home instead of at the mall, I bet that was a skullfuck all on it's own. His home is his impenetrable castle and fortress that shuts out the evil jerkops & trolls. If the Jerkops managed to pierce the magical barrier that Chris no doubt believes that he erected around the house and they came in to take him out of his sanctuary and off to jail anyway, then he's already been inside.

I bet it was that evil Landladyjerk who helped the jerkops find a way in.

Barb could very well die while Chris is serving his sentence. Something like that would undo whatever little progress he might make in jail.

It wouldn't be her age or health that killed her. It'd be Chris' unfathomable selfishness. May GodBear have mercy on his soul!

I think if he made any progress in prison and he was released I think she would undo all of it by telling him he was the victim in all this. I hope he doesn't get convicted of a felony because then maybe the state would be able to help in finding a proper caretaker for him. If she dies an early death due to this she can thank herself for helping to create this entitled, selfish manchild who is a menace to society.

He was on felony probation from the 2011 gameplasce fiasco. (which ended in 2013, i had to look that up, mapdark is right). He's going to jail this time.

Oh definitely. I was talking to some friends about this very thing. How would Chris have reacted if they arrived at the house to serve an arrest warrant? Would he panic and try to run away? Break out the back door? Hide under some stuffed animals again? The possibilities!

Oh, and how would Barb reacted? Would she just hand Chris off to them? Try to lie and hide him?

I am with you on that, for a long time I didn't feel Chris need a caretaker however with this fiasco he really needs one not to protect him from the world but to protect the world from him.

Chris is now a genuine menace, an has no compunction of using violence to get his own way an when he feels he is entitled well more entitled than normal he will assault you with a car (never bought the tard panic excuse) or pepper spray you. I am just glad he isn't carying that pocket knife because lashing out with that could have been lethal.
