As has been mentioned a million times before, I hope Chris gets real help. This time, I think it could happen. Chris was weird enough to supposedly have an evaluation when he was taken to court over Snyder, but as strange as Chris certainly was back then, maybe, just maybe the judge didn't see too much wrong with Chris at the time. I mean, it was a dispute that the judge has probably seen a hundred times before, an individual is banned from a private place and/or club and kicks up a hissy fit because it's something they like to do in their spare time.
Now this is a little different. Ok, it's another game place and Chris was being a douche in public and the staff weren't happy with it. But there isn't a dispute down the middle that a judge has to choose from. That's what these cases are often about; a judge has to cut through the bullshit and figure out which one person is lying and which is telling the truth, ie. Chris and Snyder. Here, this time, there is no 'big bad', no concentrated dispute. So the judge is going to ask Chris what is wrong and Chris is going to wail about blue arms and SEGA and the judge is surely going to get him help, right?

The last saga ever recorded by CWCKI forums before changed its focus to numerous other lolcows a.k.a Kiwi Farms. If it is, then WHAT AN ENDING!
To be honest, its sounds depressing. But then again so does Chris previous actions (Snyder crash). Since the situation has packed heat again, do we reckon we keep the Chris focused forum for a bit longer?

He really desperately needs help, and I certainly hope that this is the last straw in the eyes of the Virginia justice system. I'm really not sure why Bell didn't recommend that during the last trial.
By the way, how in the fuck did Chris and Barb nab a state delegate as counsel in the first place?

Its not what you know, its who you know, Rocky put them in contact with Rob Bell.
And Bell didn't recommend it because it didn't seem necessary back in 2011. I guess the court felt that Chris going on trial would be enough to scare him straight, when in fact it did pretty much the opposite by convincing him he could get away with things

As far as we know, Chris hasn't taken any steps to establish a legally female identity (changing gender on driver's license, applying for a new birth certificate). If that is accurate, Chris is legally male in the eyes of the state of Virginia and would be incarcerated with others whose legal identity is male.
Yes, there are women's prisons here.
