CWC's GameStop Assault and Arrest MegaThread & Speculation (27-Dec-2014)

There is only one maximum security prison in Virginia, and it seems to be reserved for murderers and other violent offenders who have committed violent offenses while incarcerated. Here's the state's list of correctional institutions and their security levels. It looks like felony assault gets one a stay in Security Level 1 (High), so that would be the absolute worst-case scenario for Chris.

When we talk about maximum security, we talk about psychopathic serial killers and the like, locked up in a fortress-like compound, some - depending on which state we're in - waiting for death penalty. I'm rather sure tomgirl manchildren flipping their shit over SANIC's arm color won't got there:

As stated before he'd go to the special needs yard. He'd probably get approval relatively quick with his autism papers. Chris will roll with chomos and snitches. The worst he might have to worry about is a model prisoner that fronted till he got in the yard to kill a snitch

My real question is:
Was the rumor of him flipping shit in OTHER stores and the carjacking true?

He really desperately needs help, and I certainly hope that this is the last straw in the eyes of the Virginia justice system. I'm really not sure why Bell didn't recommend that during the last trial.

By the way, how in the fuck did Chris and Barb nab a state delegate as counsel in the first place?

My Christory is a little rusty but I believe Rocky set them up with Bell.

My thoughts on this is that Chris's luck is about to run out and like KatsuKitty said if they view the pepper spray assault as a felony he's fucked. It's a good thing we have Jace to keep us entertained because I expect we are going to have radio silence from Chris for a while.

Also are we going to have someone go to the court house to watch the sentencing like the last time this happened?

Chris was weird enough to supposedly have an evaluation when he was taken to court over Snyder, but as strange as Chris certainly was back then, maybe, just maybe the judge didn't see too much wrong with Chris at the time. I mean, it was a dispute that the judge has probably seen a hundred times before, an individual is banned from a private place and/or club and kicks up a hissy fit because it's something they like to do in their spare time

Remember, the judge had no idea who Chris was. It's highly unlikely that he had ever heard of Chris and his stupid antics, or read the CWCki, let alone cared. He wouldn't have known about Sonichu, recycling navy, the Lovequest, the Asperchu five, officer nasty, Megan, any of it! It was just another case for him. At most, Chris was just a sad little autistic man.

Whoever presides over this case will be the same way, except now a Chris is an obstinate tranny, and he's committed assault. I'm not sure if Chris would be enough of a dumbass to show up in court in full drag, but... well knowing Chris he could do just about anything at this point.

With all the talk about whether police should wear body cams after Brown and Garner, imagine watching the lulz from the apprehension scene. Also with the current news in mind, things could have been far worse if he drew his Megatron pistol.

I bet next time he's a free man, he'll litter the internet with scathing reviews and comments about the stores in question, mall as a whole, and police while claiming discrimination for being autistic.

When you stop and think about it, what Chris did fits in perfectly with those weird news segments you'll hear some radio shows do. I can totally picture Chris's incident appearing on Doc Thompson's Friday Leftovers: "Police in Charlottesville arrested a man for vandalising a GameStop and assaulting an employee. His stated reason...was that Sonic the Hedgehog's arms were now blue instead of peach!"

What I mean is, it's not going to be a "holy shit, I have to get my life together" change. Chris in the clank for three days only validates his persecution complex, rather than forcing him to analyze his behavior.
Now that he's a sassy tomgirl, instead to flipping his shit in jail he may just be shaking it off :left::left::left::left::left:.

All I can say is THIS: It's finally over - the only thing that will be left of the asspie is the legacy of lolcow BS that he left behind. After this, there will likely be nothing else. We will likely NEVER hear from him again. Whatever revolution he was out to cause is also over - his new objective will be to prevent violent uprisings IN HIS ASS.

It was finally over in 2011 when Bob died
It was finally over in 2013 when Chris posted the Manchester High Lego build and everyone thought it would be his last video
It was finally over in 2014 when he burned his house down
It was finally over again in 2014 when the Catherine Saga stopped

Never underestimate Chris, he will pick himself up from damn near anything and go right back to acting like the tard he is, this won't be much different.
He's like a punch drunk boxer struggling to get back into the ring, except he's fighting the whole world and keeps just breaking his knuckles with every swing

I just remembered the final episode of Seinfeld.

Think about it, CWC's at risk of going to jail, and suddenly all the enemies he's ever made in life take time out of their busy schedule and go to testify against him. It's honestly the best way he could have gone out, copying television.

That and his legacy is more of a parental cautionary tale of what happens when you mollycoddle an autistic child to extreme levels throughout his life instead of seeking proper help on how to raise an autistic child.

I just had to take my baby daddy to court and prove he was a sociopath to have his parental rights terminated...and lemme tell ya, all it takes is someone anonymously tipping off the state attorney to check out his online presence, and it suddenly all becomes relevant to the case. If some ween decides to contact them and point them in the right direction, Chris is suuuuper fucked...and as much as weens like to try to cause trouble, I'd say a tip-off is pretty likely.

Don't forget transgender and lesbian.

There's a lot of weird armchair lawyering about the pepper spray stuff in this thread so I'll step in and confirm that 1) yes, that'd be assault, 2) yes, they could make a case for premeditated, if the video is allowed to be introduced in the hearing, and 3) 1 & 2 depend on the individual GameStop employee pressing charges himself.

It is not likely he would face time for that but his track record is crazy weird so this will be very fun to watch.
