Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

Toye has gone protected mode on Twitter, I'm going to assume that means he is going to start shit talking again but now we can't see.

Oh, but yes we can. We have Web Recorder, yes? That can go through La Choy's protected tweets. I personally don't know how to use it, but I'm sure someone on this thread in the Farms does.

You can tell that La Choy fucked up. There's no way your attorney would be telling you to protect your tweets like this in this stage of the lawsuit unless you fucked up.

  • The Justice system and constitution were formed by racist, sexist, homophobic, FUCKING WHITE MALE slave owners that destroyed the world with capitalism, and evul corporations Da Millionairz and Billionairz. This is why you shouldn't be allowed freedom of speech - Free Speech is not Hate Speech or the right to bear arms - and they want to believe the victims when the target is politically convenient. And big companies are evil. That is the only way their ideas can survive is by destroying the very foundation of justice.
  • On the flip side they know their ideas suck so when it's targeted at them they all LOVE Big abusive companies (Silicon Valley. Period.) And corporations that virtue signal... Like Disney, who virtue signals here but right across the pond, they removes black people from film covers in China solely for $$$. They think they can quickly google search the law and it's their friend when convenient. they've already taken the schools so they love those. And freedom of speech and press is all they will bellyache about.
It's not about a consistent, well-formed ideology. It's all about them gaining power. And it always comes at the expense of others while these faggots are up their own ass virtue signaling.

This is exactly my issue with the ideology of progressives and the left in general. It's prevalent all throughout that spectrum. For example:
  • Shaun King has always been a critic of the court system, the law and the judicial process for supposedly disadvantaging black people, but when he was attacked by pro-black critics/activists of him for monetary controversies in the past and present, he threatened to take legal action against them.
  • Lena Dunham virtual-signals for "survivors" of sexual assault on occasion. When one of the co-writers of her show Girls, one that made her famous, was accused of sexual assault/harassment, she went to his defense and claimed he is "one of the 3%" of falsely-accused victims.
  • Mark Ruffalo supported a Robin Hood tax for Wall Street, but was perfectly fine with tax incentives for Hollywood to film The Avengers in New Mexico.
  • Michael Avenatti kept re-iterating that Trump sexually assaulted the women that were accusing him of misconduct, yet defended himself when facing domestic violence allegations against him.
  • Tim Wise is a pro-black activist and university speaker who berates the "white supremacist systems" and whatnot while living in an area in Tennessee that's over 90% white and having a house worth over $600,000.
  • Leonardo DiCaprio toots about climate change despite hiring private planes from Cannes to New York, Las Vegas, the Maldives, and so forth for trivial things like parties and awards.
  • Bono is even worse. He reportedly paid $1,500 in plane tickets, cab drives and other stuff to re-obtain a hat that he left behind, despite being a climate change activist.
  • George Clooney supported the migration of refugees into Europe, but after the terrorist attacks in mid-2017 in Europe, he and his family got out of Europe and moved back to L.A. for "safety concerns".
I could go on and on about this, but I would be more off topic than I am. People think they're helping out a cause by doing the things that they do, when all they're doing is making them worse, while they themselves gain notability, whether it's for 15 minutes or the rest of their lives. Assuming that Vic was a sexual predator, kicking him out of conventions and studios would arguably make him more susceptible to that behavior now that he is worse off, especially considering that he's not in jail. What happened over the past three months was the most inappropriate way to handle something like this. This isn't helping "survivors" in the slightest. That's why I think this investigation, through discovery, will be bullshit, and these allegations are bullshit and are nothing more than verbal jokes and invasion of privacy.

OOF. That's gotta suck. Why are their GFMs so unsuccessful ? I mean marchi's GFM took 2 months to reach 5k

Marchi's didn't even reach $5k. It's still at $4.6K and people haven't donated in over a month, probably because they realized that donating their money directly to the charity website through PayPal as opposed to the higher transaction fees of GoFundMe is a much better idea. It's also weird that Marchi's acting like this GoFundMe never happened. Almost like she doesn't give much of a shit about "survivors" anymore.

Because Vic's fans, and people against #MeToo in general, will support them. That campaign to build Trump's wall? The one that reached $5 million, I believe. That was real, and it showed that there were people that really wanted the wall to be built.

Found Ron admitting to his lack of empathy and in addition mention of physical abuse + molestation he suffered as a kid. Was looking up his past mentions of "likes" to see if I could get him acknowledging the twitter change. This could help explain some of his behavior. I feel bad, but it's also hard to take anything he says as truthful.

We did establish that La Choy had lied, not only in his tweets alone but in that ethics complaint he sent to Ty.

You would think that if he shared this incident with the world, then Rial would have shared her experiences with Vic to him; I mean, it apparently took a year for that to happen.

Just checked: Vic's Gofundme is at $149K +. I am honestly amazed by this, and hope it goes to the full $200K. Guess there are a lot more pissed off people than SJWs. I wonder if they're listening and believing now.

We're still a long way to go from $2 million though, so that everyone involved can get fucked.

Look, about this "boiling water for pasta" thing... I just couldn't be more confused. Now, do I cut up the hot dog before or after I microwave it? And how much ketchup is too much ketchup?

I've found a lovely YouTube channel that can help with your cooking woes...but be warned, the creator tends to undercook all his recipes and may or may not be actually possessed by a wendigo.

He'll do anything because he's desperate.
Well you do seem to need to go the way of the SLA. Perhaps you could tell Patty all about what happened when the SLA ran into LAPD.

Speaking of which, did that MarzGurl stream happen? I was watching for it but I didn't see it.

If you mean this, it was a couple days ago:

If you didn't, I'm not sure what you mean but there's probably going to be another. Jim didn't show up for the first but may have some info or at least some sick burns for the dumb bitch.

If you mean the Monetize MarzGurl stream, then yes. Flash deletes all of his streams after he does them, but he did retweet the Meme Winners, so they're on his twitter if you're interested.
Im curious. Why delete a stream after you do it. Unless you've done something illegal/actionable on the stream. I don't have a horse in whatever race flash is in, but to me there's something sketchy with a streamer deleting streams after the fact.

He did pop his head in briefly. Apparently, something came up that day. But yeah, he did tease that he has plenty to talk about some other time. (Of course, he still wants to reschedule the canceled Mandarr stream, so we might be waiting a while on either.)

Because streams that make fun of lolcows tend to get brigaded by bluehairs without a cause. IIRC, you lose your livestreaming ability after just one. Anyways, Metokur has at least 2-3 full time archivers. Hence why he's stopped having his friend Hal re-upload them manually.

Wonder if it's because either his lawyer is telling him his odds aren't good or if it's because it's sinking in that he will actually be going to court and that anti SLAPP doesn't seem to be viable for him

That and or hes finally realizing how much this is going to cost him due to either of the former.

I would almost say I'm surprised that it took him so long to knock it off but that's how most narcissists roll: they rarely if ever admit any fault of their own and will often opt to bully into silence, or otherwise hide any notion of their error. That is, IF they don't just try to gaslight the victim of their behavior into believing that they were the one in the wrong the whole time.

They always see themselves as the victim of society, their friends, and family not bending knee to praise their actions and world view.

I think it's mostly done to avoid getting hit with false takedown claims that result in an inability to stream while they're being resolved. I recall when Null got hit with a false copyright claim and couldn't stream for several weeks while it was all being reviewed. By removing the video immediately, there's nothing for those idiots the mass flag after the fact. Metokur does it with all of his streams, but has some other channel that archives all of them, and there are several other channels that typically mirror them. If anyone wanted to archive the YF streams, they probably could.

I think the fact that Nick told him he was going to be in trouble and was going to spend a fortune on lawyers etc. very early on made him assume anyone else saying it was lying as he for whatever reason assumed that anything Nick said was false.

Remember he sent an ethics complaint about Nick in which he asserted that the gofundme for Vic was a con being run by Nick and the funds were not to pay for legal action but rather to fund an online harassment campaign against victims - I assume he actually thought that was true.

It has to be a nice big fat slap in the face that everything Nick said turned out to be true, and on top of that, he just had to cough up an enormous amount of money and if his lawyer is honest, he told him he's probably going to lose much, much more if the whole thing goes to trial.

She hasn't responded to me, so I'm going to guess no. She had sent me a PM about stuff on facebook, and it really only left me with a lot more questions than answers, especially about this tiff with YFG.

MG if you're reading, the offer's still open.
I really hope she will be open to that. All jokes aside, I would definitely be interested in hearing an unfiltered, on-the-spot discussion with MG, if only to see her POV and how she frames her actions.

As volatile as things have been with her and others, I personally would hope she can talk it out and maybe find a different perspective -- even if it seems unlikely.

I still want to see the billable hours for going through that 400+ page tweet print out.

So, about a day ago, GhostShell went on a weird tangent about KickVic being mentally ill (stuff we already know) and talking about deplatforming people like Rackets (more stuff we already know).

What I found pretty cute however, was the Orca and Beaver's little responses.

Wow. So YouTube kowtows to false complaints ahead of the law. Note for the Twitter Twat: It's kowtow not cow down.
Yes and no.
Bluepill: Youtube gets about 30 hours of video uploaded every second. That's a lot of video! And Google's not going to hire even more human eyes for a platform that's actively losing them money. Let alone qualified, unbiased, accountable ones.

Redpill: When it does reach a human, there's generally a lot of SJW bias. Which makes sense when your CEO is just glasses and a dye job away from full-blown REEEEE MUH PRONOUNS.

On the one hand, they're thinking about their bottom dollar. On the other hand, it's also a lazy and convenient way to virtue signal without having to hire a small army of entitled communications majors.
