Toye has gone protected mode on Twitter, I'm going to assume that means he is going to start shit talking again but now we can't see.
Oh, but yes we can. We have Web Recorder, yes? That can go through La Choy's protected tweets. I personally don't know how to use it, but I'm sure someone on this thread in the Farms does.
You can tell that La Choy fucked up. There's no way your attorney would be telling you to protect your tweets like this in this stage of the lawsuit unless you fucked up.
- The Justice system and constitution were formed by racist, sexist, homophobic, FUCKING WHITE MALE slave owners that destroyed the world with capitalism, and evul corporations Da Millionairz and Billionairz. This is why you shouldn't be allowed freedom of speech - Free Speech is not Hate Speech or the right to bear arms - and they want to believe the victims when the target is politically convenient. And big companies are evil. That is the only way their ideas can survive is by destroying the very foundation of justice.
- On the flip side they know their ideas suck so when it's targeted at them they all LOVE Big abusive companies (Silicon Valley. Period.) And corporations that virtue signal... Like Disney, who virtue signals here but right across the pond, they removes black people from film covers in China solely for $$$. They think they can quickly google search the law and it's their friend when convenient. they've already taken the schools so they love those. And freedom of speech and press is all they will bellyache about.
It's not about a consistent, well-formed ideology. It's all about them gaining power. And it always comes at the expense of others while these faggots are up their own ass virtue signaling.
This is exactly my issue with the ideology of progressives and the left in general. It's prevalent all throughout that spectrum. For example:
- Shaun King has always been a critic of the court system, the law and the judicial process for supposedly disadvantaging black people, but when he was attacked by pro-black critics/activists of him for monetary controversies in the past and present, he threatened to take legal action against them.
- Lena Dunham virtual-signals for "survivors" of sexual assault on occasion. When one of the co-writers of her show Girls, one that made her famous, was accused of sexual assault/harassment, she went to his defense and claimed he is "one of the 3%" of falsely-accused victims.
- Mark Ruffalo supported a Robin Hood tax for Wall Street, but was perfectly fine with tax incentives for Hollywood to film The Avengers in New Mexico.
- Michael Avenatti kept re-iterating that Trump sexually assaulted the women that were accusing him of misconduct, yet defended himself when facing domestic violence allegations against him.
- Tim Wise is a pro-black activist and university speaker who berates the "white supremacist systems" and whatnot while living in an area in Tennessee that's over 90% white and having a house worth over $600,000.
- Leonardo DiCaprio toots about climate change despite hiring private planes from Cannes to New York, Las Vegas, the Maldives, and so forth for trivial things like parties and awards.
- Bono is even worse. He reportedly paid $1,500 in plane tickets, cab drives and other stuff to re-obtain a hat that he left behind, despite being a climate change activist.
- George Clooney supported the migration of refugees into Europe, but after the terrorist attacks in mid-2017 in Europe, he and his family got out of Europe and moved back to L.A. for "safety concerns".
I could go on and on about this, but I would be more off topic than I am. People think they're helping out a cause by doing the things that they do, when all they're doing is making them worse, while they themselves gain notability, whether it's for 15 minutes or the rest of their lives. Assuming that Vic was a sexual predator, kicking him out of conventions and studios would arguably make him more susceptible to that behavior now that he is worse off, especially considering that he's not in jail. What happened over the past three months was the most inappropriate way to handle something like this. This isn't helping "survivors" in the slightest. That's why I think this investigation, through discovery, will be bullshit, and these allegations are bullshit and are nothing more than verbal jokes and invasion of privacy.
OOF. That's gotta suck. Why are their GFMs so unsuccessful ? I mean marchi's GFM took 2 months to reach 5k
Marchi's didn't even reach $5k. It's still at $4.6K and people haven't donated in over a month, probably because they realized that donating their money directly to the charity website through PayPal as opposed to the higher transaction fees of GoFundMe is a much better idea. It's also weird that Marchi's acting like this GoFundMe never happened. Almost like she doesn't give much of a shit about "survivors" anymore.
Because Vic's fans, and people against #MeToo in general, will support them. That campaign to build Trump's wall? The one that reached $5 million, I believe. That was real, and it showed that there were people that really wanted the wall to be built.
Found Ron admitting to his lack of empathy and in addition mention of physical abuse + molestation he suffered as a kid. Was looking up his past mentions of "likes" to see if I could get him acknowledging the twitter change. This could help explain some of his behavior. I feel bad, but it's also hard to take anything he says as truthful.
We did establish that La Choy had lied, not only in his tweets alone but in that ethics complaint he sent to Ty.
You would think that if he shared this incident with the world, then Rial would have shared her experiences with Vic to him; I mean, it apparently took a year for that to happen.
Just checked: Vic's Gofundme is at $149K +. I am honestly amazed by this, and hope it goes to the full $200K. Guess there are a lot more pissed off people than SJWs. I wonder if they're listening and believing now.
We're still a long way to go from $2 million though, so that everyone involved can get fucked.
