So what happens if he fucks up again for example, going back to Gamestop to do the exact same thing that got him in trouble?
I mean he is a bit of a broken record when it comes to ignoring bans or not learning anything at all. Gotta show that Blue-Armed imposter a piece of his mind for getting him arrested!
"I'll get you next time, Christian. Next time."

Lucky for him that he is out. I don't think Chris would have been able to take 2 months in jail.
I don't know about that... Barb is going to fuck him up when he gets home. IIRC, Marvin has stated that Barb isn't inherently violent with Chris, but she has the potential. Them losing tugboat could bring the bitch out.

Oh ye of little faith......

Actually, let me rephrase. I don't think he's stupid enough to skip court assuming he knows the consequences. As for him doing it because he didn't have the presence of mind to find out the level of shit he'll be wallowing in for it - that's fair game.

Chris is lucky that he made it out of jail on bond. To bad he is probably going to have to go back their February once the judge throws the book at him.*sigh*(:_(

Chris hasn't missed court dates in the past, so I don't see him starting a new trend.

Oh my god this is even better than him being stuck in prison for a month!

It's going to be fucking fantastic if he tries pulling the same exact shit before the next trial. Which as we all know he is totally going to fucking avoid going because of the "stress" for that matter.

We didn't see him chimping out to this extreme over blarms, either, assuming it would blow over like the whole Equestria Girls thing.

Never underestimate CWC's ability to dodge consequences. I think if he keeps his head down between now and the trial he could very well get off with Community Service again. The whole experience would have taught dumbass absolutely nothing, and would simply be more to add to his pile of evidence that he is above the law.

But hey, at least if that happens we'll get to enjoy more spiffing adventures of everyone's favourite man-baby, so swings and roundabouts, I guess

How Borb managed to get that bond money is beyond me. Between the new cars, the Legos, the endless loans and the expenses going towards 14BC, the remorseless specter of financial ruin has got to be looming over her like a bad smell by now.

Hell, if Blarb managed to get the bond funds together than maybe she could hire a lawyer too. Probably not a good lawyer though. It'd be one of those cheap ass law school drop-outs you see commercials for on late night television.

Even if she did get a lawyer for Chris, would it make that much of a difference? Assault and battery, especially the way Chris went about it, is hard to defend. Even with the aid of the autism card I think that Chris is in for a rough trial.

Imagine Chris' first conversation with Barb after getting out.

Barb: Chris, you really need to stop doing shit like this it's-

Chris: I'M WORKING ON IT!

For anyone confused, Chris made bond, not bail. He (or Barb, or whomever) didn't necessarily pay the full amount. A bail bondsman requires usually 10% of the amount (so $500, max), with the agreement that the accused will make proper subsequent court appearances/payments.

Is there any rules against speaking about what you were in for while out on bail? For example, would he be even allowed to post saying he was in jail at all? Would he be allowed to attempt to defend himself online? What are the rules about this?

If he committed a felony I do not think he will get off with just community service. I do not think Chris would last in prison though so I hope he would not get a longterm jail sentence. I really wish they would have Baker Acted him or what ever the Virginia equivalent is and kept him in a mental hospital for 72 hours so they could observe him.

Nah, you gotta remember. Even when she abuses him like a slave, Barb still babies Chris whenever he gets himself into trouble with other entities. She'll never outright state acceptance that he could ever be at fault, probably where he himself got that delusion.

No, he is free to talk about whatever he wants in regard to being arrested. A lawyer would probably advise against it, but he's well within his rights.

Judge would have to say he couldn't, so he is a free man until his next court date.

Yeah, I mentioned this in another thread, I never expected him to go this batshit over something like the blarms. I mean, he's been pissed over shit before and everything has blown over sooner or later - hell, even his hatred for the homos has allegedly come to pass without much incident. But his hatred for the HexBox and now the Sonic Boom design are apparently too deep for him to get over - as one would figure, it's only the most ridiculously autistic things that make him flip out.

Part of me would love to see him spend a year in prison so maybe...JUST MAYBE...he would shape up a little and at least learn how much it sucks to be without Mcdonalds and Lego for a year.

But it has already been stated at how efficient he seems to be at dodging consequences and punishment.

He's welcome to say what he pleases, but it's not necessarily a good idea. "Just got out of jail" is fine, but carrying on about GameStop/the Police/the judge can come back to bite him. If his lawyer has done even a cursory Google search on Chris, they will probably advise him to fucking zip it.

IMO the rules about not sharing information apply more to law enforcement employees and people in certain volatile court cases.
