What are the chances that some of these twitter heroes decide to make the big brained decision to represent themselves in court?

I think Short Round managed to get his hands on Yellowflash's name and address and just worked from there. A good chunk of people have been in a car accident before which is why the reaction is hilarious. It's just pot stirring.

As for the question, I don't think they're that exceptional to represent themselves in court. If they lived in the same area I could see a claims court kind of attempt but yeah no living in different states is way too expensive that even a dumb person knows not to try it. These people are all bark and no bite. They use intimidation but when it comes to actual fighting most of them cower away. Why do you think they rely on social media so much? There's no way this will go to court after the anti SLAPP fails.

I have my patch business my real business and kids and I train service dogs I dont have the time to gay op the way you guys think I do. I wish I was believe bulma for the simple hilarity of it but sadly this is not the case

That's the thing, any further questioning only got me the predictable answers you get from the usual suspects. Part of why I wanted to check up here if the story matched with anything previously said anywhere on the twattersphere.

Everything we have found has essentially been "Vic touched unnamed woman, without her consent, at an undetermined time, at some convention". When pressed for specifics the inevitable "listen and believe" meltdown occurs. Nameless innuendo is not evidence. Sworn testimony is evidence though. The reason perjury has the threat of Prison attached to it is so it can BE evidence. Someone is willing to risk their liberty, potentially for years, so they can submit their testimony before the court. The danger gives credibility.

If someone is unwilling to testify under threat of going to jail if they lie, then odds are they are lying.

It's embarrassing how little they will latch onto.

If you listen closely Vic says, "Now's a good time to sign autographs", people laugh and then he writes on two of the girl's exposed backs using the marker than was in his hand in front of over a dozen people and a video camera.
