What are the chances that some of these twitter heroes decide to make the big brained decision to represent themselves in court?
I think Short Round managed to get his hands on Yellowflash's name and address and just worked from there. A good chunk of people have been in a car accident before which is why the reaction is hilarious. It's just pot stirring.
As for the question, I don't think they're that exceptional to represent themselves in court. If they lived in the same area I could see a claims court kind of attempt but yeah no living in different states is way too expensive that even a dumb person knows not to try it. These people are all bark and no bite. They use intimidation but when it comes to actual fighting most of them cower away. Why do you think they rely on social media so much? There's no way this will go to court after the anti SLAPP fails.
