Considering she's filing against some one with no ties to Vic I doubt it'll do anything other drain her pockets. You can tell they're using this GFM as some sort of rallying point for the whole kickvic movement because of how wrong they've been all this time.

Saddest part is they're rallying around some one without a leg to stand on legally and who's known for using crowdfunding for anime shit instead of it's intended purpose.
