So he publicly stated that he characterizes himself as impatient, egotistic, manipulative, hot headed, a selective listener and often falls into "the end justify the means" perspective.
I'm sure that would do wonders to his already shaky credibility in front of a judge and jury.

That's a bold claim. I'm pretty sure that their lawyer hasn't explained to them what constitutes a civil conspiracy. And there there is absolutely no reason that the records would be sealed given that the case doesn't involve minors or sexual assault. No judge is going to seal the records for defamation and torts.
To be fair, I think that there are also a lot of unreaiistic L&O type expectations coming from the pro-Vic side as well.

Ron's utter inability to prevent himself from shooting his mouth off online is kind of awe-inspiring from one perspective, and kind of horrible from another. He really is pathological. His future is on the line, and he literally cannot keep off Twitter.
