See, I was under the impression that the mugshot would just be a boring Chris photo. I was wrong. That's the face a baby makes when he's told he can't have any dessert because he didn't finish his vegetables.

Mugshots are public record. Not hard to find if you know where to look. ESPECIALLY, if it's in the news. Would not be surprise if Chris made it into some local Ruckersville newspaper.

Edt: OP says they got it directly from the source, which is also not hard to do. As I said, it's public record.

Some areas run papers of mug shots along with a brief description. If his area has one, his classmates will have a good five minutes of laughter.
(Yes, they're published in my area. I look for people I know in them.)

i called up to the jail , did some smoothtalking. schmoozed a bit. acted all professional like. then boom it happend.

Isn't that what weens do too? As much as I praise you for obtaining his mugshot, don't you think there's a better way to this or was this the only way?

If this is going up on sites like the smoking gun's mugshop roundup, there will be more than just his classmates laughing.

if everyone wishes to know how i got this it was not that hard. just called the jail spoke to a supervisor and was real polite and gentlemanly, and i got it.

just goes to show how far a little bit of kindness and tact can go.

oh and i have a legit reason. we are putting it in a info article (I.E put it on the wiki so it is legit) and it will be on a couple mugshot sites.

So yeah, cant believe it was this easy. i mean from the way you made it look it seemed nigh impossible

unfortunately it is the most direct way. i did some googleing could not find him anywhere. sometimes mr park you must take charge and get them yourself. not wait on others,
