Oh god, the Reid technique has a terrible reputation for false confessions, especially on the distressed and mentally ill. I'd be surprised if he hasn't owned up to killing JFK yet.

Mugshots are public record. Not hard to find if you know where to look. ESPECIALLY, if it's in the news. Would not be surprise if Chris made it into some local Ruckersville newspaper.

Edt: OP says they got it directly from the source, which is also not hard to do. As I said, it's public record.

The quickness of this release kinda makes all that hemming and hawing about the 28 October mugshot seem silly.

I clicked on the announcement at the top of forum's main page and when the full image came up, I was literally startled. If you show this mugshot to somebody who doesn't know about Chris, they're going to think he was arrested over something substantial rather than a shitty game.
