Their so-called eagerness to go to court is as convincing and intimidating as this pathetically ineffectual defense mechanism of a frog:
It is literally the desperate REEEEEE of a frog that realizes its situation is hopeless and has nothing better to do.
I still think it's
that they yank the licenses, although this is my dream scenario. I honestly don't get why they haven't. This shit is a disgrace and they've massively lost face, but apparently not in their own minds (and not in Japan which might explain why they do not care), or at least not yet. I am hoping they realize this and are just waiting for whatever residual income comes in from the Broly movie before making their move.
That said, though, they shut down Chris Sabat's studio tour event, by telling him he couldn't use their IP for it, which is a real move that indicates they're at the very least not happy about this bullshit and, more importantly, not happy with Chris Sabat in particular.
I am hoping

that this signifies something more coming down the pike. Let's all cross fingers on that.
Gen Fukunaga is gone. While apparently the company has always been a mess, Gen apparently stood up for Vic and the scummy conspirators took his departure as an opportunity to stab Vic in the back.
