That's some dedicated malice right there. I wonder if they follow all the ISWV people just so they can chime into conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with them or Vic just to keep parroting this same bullshit because MUH NARRATIVE.

Their so-called eagerness to go to court is as convincing and intimidating as this pathetically ineffectual defense mechanism of a frog:

It is literally the desperate REEEEEE of a frog that realizes its situation is hopeless and has nothing better to do.

I still think it's :optimistic: that they yank the licenses, although this is my dream scenario. I honestly don't get why they haven't. This shit is a disgrace and they've massively lost face, but apparently not in their own minds (and not in Japan which might explain why they do not care), or at least not yet. I am hoping they realize this and are just waiting for whatever residual income comes in from the Broly movie before making their move.

That said, though, they shut down Chris Sabat's studio tour event, by telling him he couldn't use their IP for it, which is a real move that indicates they're at the very least not happy about this bullshit and, more importantly, not happy with Chris Sabat in particular.

I am hoping :optimistic: that this signifies something more coming down the pike. Let's all cross fingers on that.

Gen Fukunaga is gone. While apparently the company has always been a mess, Gen apparently stood up for Vic and the scummy conspirators took his departure as an opportunity to stab Vic in the back.

Unfortunately you are most likely correct. Toei will likely not yank a license over shit like this. It's shit they barely understand, and the fact of the moment is the Broly movie made a shit ton of money under Funi. That's the heart and soul of the business case. Toei will not publicly step in until money starts being lost. Especially not now, that Sony is involved. The success of the Broly movie (with Vic) reduces the chances that Toei will act because of Funi's antics regarding Vic. Outright cancelling the license would result in some messy legal blowback. While Toei would win, it's not worth risking the exposure over shit tier squabbles between the soy filled man children at Funi and the VA's. Toei will make their displeasure known in little ways, such as the Sabat curb stomping. But the DB license itself will not be in jeopardy until the contract comes up for renewal. This could change if the next DB project, one without Vic, tanks financially. Even as quirky and inscrutable Japanese, Toei still needs to follow certain predictable guidelines of business. Yes they almost certainly have the ability to pull a license for causing brand damage. But they need to be able to show some quantifiable brand damage. We aren't at the point, yet.

Okay, where does this shit come come? I see this parroted all the time with no evidence, just like the whole "Sabat is shielding TFS".
The Sabat stuff is real though, Toei fucking hates people using their IPs for for their own gain and is even less thrilled when people use their footage to mock it while making money from it. TFS did some voice work for the English dub of Dragon ball Z kai: the final chapters and Toei caught wind of it and they had the scene totally cut from the broadcast. Sabat was the one who got them involved with dubbing that scene in the first place.

Hold on guys. Force? As in exert pressure, possibly to coerce somebody against their will? And let's not ignore the obvious phallic symbolism of that picture...

Is this a subconscious admission of guilt or even worse, the gleeful taunting of a psycho-sexual sadist?

I believed in you, Vic.
I
Believed
In
You.

Why is it that every one of these snowflakes fall into one of the following if not all:
-Uses a label for their gender
-Uses an anime pic (usually a girl)
-Has a blog/writes

Here's a secret: they aren't really writing. As someone who took it up as a hobby (I probably should get back to it given what I'm wasting my time on), you don't have time to be sperging out on Twitter of all places. That shit takes hours to get anything done. And for a good article even I'd say you need 20 hours at the very least. 10 hours of research prep, 4-6 hours to write the article, and 3-4 hours of editing time at the very least. If you're on Twitter a lot, you're not a very good writer.

Oh my god, even TheHeroOfTomorrow is raising the for m'lady's honor. The Kickvic camp sure does has some heavy hitters on their side. For those who never heard of this dude, he one of those copycat reviewers from around the time Channel Awesome hit it's stride. If you've ever sat through one of Linkara's videos, this dude is basically a duller, fatter version with an even more prominent lisp.

All that said, I think he works well as an visual representation of twitter white knights.

Lmao I remember this fatso. Might've been recommended to me on Blip or something, but I thought it was just a weird gimmick and humored myself a few episodes of his, mainly his Cosprayers review. Good on him he's still around after Blip died, but Mrs. Saucedo's not going to sleep with you, dude, she'd tear through you like you were the woman of Kleenex. :story:

I'm fairly surprised, few of the coverage people are willing to do anything like that. Props to the dude.

EDIT: Still would have been nice to have that gay op video of that thot tho.
Well, his end of the wars has completed. He got Vic to KamehaCon, he's primarily a DBZ talker. He's doing what a good general does with their troops: Gets done with their mission, then sit and rest the troops until they are called upon in a big way.

He knows when to stop. He's good with it.

Heh, cospray. Sounds like something Vic would dig.

Vic's Q&A at Tupelo Con:
Part 1

"MadLeomon... fortunately he didn't last very long."

Holy shit my sides! Probably an accidental "lol Leomon dies" reference, but OOF!

Also he's just so precious. Him sperging out is seriously precious.

Lmao no. No he won't. Not this one, anyway.
