Vic mignogna fired from funimation and rooster teeth. People come out with their story of being hugged by vic, and how uncomfortable their were. Vic decides to lawyer up 100+ victims disappear.ummm what victims.

Oh no, no, no. This is not going to go away because you demand it to. People have a right to fight against the accusations thrown at them. That's why the court system exists. To give everyone a fair and equal shot at proving their innocence. To put forth the truth above all else and dish justice to those who are proven to be guilty. This is reality. This is not twitter court. You don't get to accuse people of doing things and then screech that you won't prove anything.

You know what this tells me? This tells me they have absolutely NOTHING to defend themselves with because they've been lying this whole entire time. No, this isn't going to go away. You're going to pay for ruining lives, you're going to pay for maliciously lying about someone because they don't share your political and religious beliefs. You don't get to do that and walk away scott free unless you can prove that everything you said about them is true. They really....really don't understand the gravity of the situation they are in and it's just so fucking hilarious and retarded that I almost...ALMOST feel bad about laughing at them because this is just pathetic. Alright...fine. Fine. If they want this to get even uglier...we'll fucking get uglier, motherfuckers. Blood is in the water.

While it's fucking annoying that they're going down the path of trying to burn through Vic's cash in the hopes he just drops it, it's hilarious that they went from begging for it to go to court to "AHHHH HELP ME COURT SYSTEM! DELAY DELAY DELAY" in less than 6 weeks.

With any luck all of this is just their lawyer squeezing what he can out of them before they have to do the job to BHBH due to Ron and Monica doing everything so publicly...and that's just the shit that any random sped can look at, who knows what kind of skeletons are sitting in their DMs, probably looks like Moria.

I could be wrong but I would assume that any protective order granted by "the trial court" for Vic vs Funi, Rial, Marchi, and Toye surely can't apply to anyone other than those parties and their lawyers.

pretty much and it's not even as strong as they think.

all that happens is that no one involved can talk about it publicly.... court filings can still be talked about.
 
It really is telling that one side keeps parroting "It's not gonna look good on Vic when everything gets out in the open. We're gonna so totally destroy him, he doesn't have a chance." And when Ty calls their bluff and starts asking for the evidence they start trying to weasel out of doing so.

Their lawyer is probably doing everything he can to try to keep everything together but he realizes that he's fighting a losing battle. He's realized that he has no evidence to support his defendants and thus is trying to prevent Ty from getting any evidence to condemn them further.

As for twitter sheep, I'm not sure they even know how evidence works in court (or what can even be considered evidence for that matter). Either they've watched too much Judge Judy where they think it's just two people getting yelled at a judge for being idiots and the judge picking which side they like more. Or, they think that they can withhold evidence through discovery and spring a surprise during the actual trial (note, withholding evidence is a good way to be hit with contempt).

If thats the case, they really are retarded. Youd need to file separate restraining orders/cease & desists/whatever to shut up the YouTubers. Nice try

On top of the constant support Vic has been getting both moral and financially (this is only going to make his support swell), the first thing Ty prepared for was this exact kind of tactic that he knew the defendants would try to pull. He knew immediately that they'd try to keep delaying until Vic gives up. So I can't wait to see Ty's retaliation and laugh at how fucking utterly predictable the Liar squad is.
