If you read the tweets, she was actually told she couldn't stay there due to it being an age restricted community (55+) and those communities are notorious for being strict on the age stipulation. If you're found letting people live in your place who don't meet the age requirement they could outright force you to sell the property and leave the community. Her dad was cool with her staying with him if not for the community restrictions. Marzgurl later changed the story to be about kicking her out because she liked a facebook post about football players kneeling and that he had become a hard alt-right freedom hater.

It depends on circumstances. The rules for 55+ communities are the primary homeowner must be 55+. The other residents can be below that age so long as they are direct family members and do not exceed the allowed occupancy and vehicles for the property. The exception is School Aged Children. They are hard limited to 30 day stays. 60 days if you file for special needs. But no more. Strictly enforced. This is because those communities are exempt from local school taxes. To maintain that exemption they cannot be using school services. While the communities tend to frown a little at residents below 30, they generally don’t mind something like a Grandchild staying while attending College. So long as they are quiet, rule abiding, and preferably know CPR. (No sane college student would long tolerate life in “Fun City”)

Where things get stricter is if Dad is simply renting a house in such a Community. The property owners will be more restrictive as they don’t want to get slammed for renting to underaged occupants.

Different communities can have different guidelines, some outright prohibit those under 55 from residing in the community for more than 90 days out of the year (which is the case in most 55+ communities I've heard of) in order to avoid perceived favoritism/potential lawsuits.

I second this. Never watched BHH a lot, but he'd occasionally put out reviews for movies like The Pig Fucking Movie, and those were usually golden. Or, he'd do some Shakespeare. I'm a sucker for Kenneth Branagh.

Check out the date on the last screenshot. It's from January 2018, so there was a movement to get Animatsuri boycotted a full year before kickvic started.

There's been a movement to get Matsuri shut down for a few years now. The owner of the con's pissed off some people. I don't know how legitimate their grievances are. I looked into and it's kinda funny.

So some account (archive) was tagged by Nicky Reks that was complaining that this one con that hasn't #KicVic yet was buying ad space on his live stream. They've used some sort of block bot but haven't protected their tweets yet. They link to some facebook page (archive) detailing the crimes that the CEO has committed. Almost all of their proofs come from websites that I've never heard of before and will probably never hear from again. The only "legit" news source they have listed was an article from The Huston Press from the account of one woman who was upset with how things were ran at the weeb fest. What I find interesting about the article is how it just kinda brushes over how the CEO wants to "do more meaningful things with Lolita and promote more of the brands at our events". It seems that the con has royally pissed off the loli crowd which I find hilarious. What I also find hilarious/disturbing is how many times the author mentions Lolita without ever addressing what it is. Either he's blissfully unaware or super cool with it and you should be too.

Either way, the tweet in question I found to be pretty funny to read through just to hover over the names of people on the boycott side.

So yes, Ronald Toye has created at least one biological child. Let that sink in for a minute. This obstinate, hopelessly unselfaware sped has brought a child into this world. Moments like these are moments where I almost think having systems that police who can and can't breed might benefit the planet somehow.

I'm not the best at gauging the age of a child, but based on what I've seen, I'm guessing the kid is probably between 11 and 15 now, so definitely still dependent on his parents. I truly am surprised. You'd think Ron and Monica might try to act with their child's best interests in mind, but instead they're making season pass-holders of the local short bus look as though they're aerospace engineers.

And, conversely, Ty Beard is an excellent judge of character that has seen it fit to point out that his team of seasoned legal experts get the same impression from Vic that he does.

But who are we to believe? The dozen or so lawpersons that have dealt with genuinely shitty people that all seem to corroborate on Vic's benevolence and candor? Or the virtue-signalling sped who was unable to detect the predators right within her own reach?
