They are troons. They don't care about the gays, unless they can posthumously claim they were a troon. They also don't care about anything actually resembling the history of the LGBT, because of not caring about the LGB and because the closest they come to actually dealing with history is repeating something they saw posted on social media. There is not the slightest chance that LaBelle looked into the Hirschfeld Institute and what they were studying, he's literally just reposting something because it's about troon oppression.

HRT does drop the IQ. But it's more the narcissism that means they don't care to know.

The article is meant to inform of the angle of detransitioners - these people that the trans activist want to shut down because it contradicts their narrative.

It's not at all implying that trans are self hating gay men. It's saying that systematic transition is bad.

With more detransitioners coming out, the old saying "better trans than dead" will become "better detrans than dead" - the detransitioner kids will pay the price for a system that enables instant transition based on self ID.
