I've been noticing that the filings in this case so far have included a statement, sworn under oath, that they are true and correct. For example:

I assume it's required in Texas.
This only applies to ¶¶19-23. Also, as if there isn't enough stupidity in this document, only ¶¶19-22 are actually Verified Denials made under oath, and ¶23 is the beginning of the next section. Great attention to details you ambulance chasing idiot.
Apparently, denials under the Request for Correction, Clarification, or Retraction statute have to be sworn.
Also the denials are stupid and wrong but whatever.
